This isn't you're typical Airbnb! Located in one of the most underrated neighborhoods for visitors, you will be minutes away from Woodlawn Park and short drive from places like the Riverwalk, Alamo & Pearl Brewery and most convention centers! While most other hosts simply provide a nice place to sleep, we are trying to create a space that will be a memorable part of your trip. Featuring an outside living space, Nintendo Switch, 4k 60hz TV, Fully Stocked Kitchen & Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound!!!
The space
We recently remodeled the house and added a lot of fun amenities. We quickly realized how important bathrooms are for guests, so we underwent a huge project making the master bedroom bigger, making a dream bathroom! That's not all we learned from our guests either. We realized that many of our guests didn't just want a place to sleep in between tourist attractions, but also wanted to be able to enjoy the house and neighborhood during their visit. That was our focus, and so far the feedback has been great!

Our three biggest amenities is our new outdoor living space and our dedicated Nintendo Switch area, and large Master Bedroom with a 70" tv! Our backyard is huge! We also have a grill and are currently looking into some backyard games (let us know if there's a game you want!) With plenty of seating, this backyard is going to be a great place to hang out after a long day of traveling or an even better place to spend time with family after time apart!

We've added large 2021 modern 4K tvs, which has all the features you need to take advantage of next-gen gaming (4k at 60hz!) We also added a 5.1 Vizio sound bar to the setup which will enhance your games, sports, or movie experience drastically!

High-speed internet makes everything work perfectly together and there are multiple workspaces that are great for the remote workers. I personally love the master bedroom size that provides a truly spacious living area to relax and work, we are looking to add a nice desk soon!

The layout of the living area is designed so that your group can enjoy multiple activities while still hanging out in the same space. With the large kitchen overlooking dining room concept, you can cook, eat, watch a movie & play Nintendo Switch on (what I call) The Nintendo station! The two TV set up in the living space is perfect for groups with kids! Use the blue tooth speakers in this space to play some music while hanging out and having fun!

The master bedroom is large enough, perfect for storing your luggage or items that you bought while shopping! Both bathrooms have plenty of amenities, like high-quality shampoos, conditioner, body wash, and more.
