This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (both full baths are upstairs with a 1/2 bath downstairs) with an open concept floor plan, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, farmhouse table (accommodates 8) and sectional with distressed leather sets the stage for you and your family/friends to create a truly memorable and unforgettable experience.

Additional conveniences include high speed wireless internet, 65” HDTV (living room) and full size washer/dryer.

This home comfortably accommodates 6 adults (assumes 2 adults in each permanent bed for each room). King size bed in the master, along with a trundle bed with 2 twins for kids (twin beds are assumed only used with over 6 guests) and queen size bed in the two additional bedrooms. There is a queen air mattress that can also sleep 2 (this would be in living room and these are provided by request only and with a booking over 6 people where additional guest fees will apply).

Note: The additional guest fees are used to cover additional time the cleaning crew will spend at house to do additional laundry from sheets and towels.
