The townhouse was wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed. The coffee bar was very nice. It was very conveniently located, which made it very easy to Uber to restaurants.

Final Four basketball home base

We stayed 2 nights for the NCAA Final Four championship games. My husband and I, our 2 college/med school aged kids and their boyfriends had plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everyone loved the apartment. We were able to drop off bags early so we could explore before check in, and also were able to keep the bags safe in the garage until time for the airport. Beds were super comfortable, the house was clean and nicely appointed. Hosts were super kind and responsive to all my texts. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Awesome rental!

Great Gathering Place!

We set out to celebrate our friend’s birthday with a San Antonio getaway and this was the perfect gathering place for our long weekend of San Antonio shenanigans. The condo was clean and exactly as described in listing. Host Cynthia was friendly and very communicative!

Nice place, central location

Came to see a football game at the Superdome. Easy to get to the stadium and downtown. Place was clean, everything worked, beds were comfortable. Nice to have common space as opposed to a hotel room. thanks for the stay.

Quick San Antonio Visit

The house was a perfect place to stay for a quick getaway. We went to cheer on our friend while he ran a marathon, & the house was perfectly located to all that we needed. Would definitely stay again.

July 4th vacay

Beautiful place for gathering with a large family or 2-3 couples! Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom allowing for convenience and privacy. Nice kitchen, living room, and balcony on the second floor, which is a great communal space. Bedrooms on the 1st and 3rd floors are quiet and comfortable. Absolutely LOVE the rooftop patio at night for relaxing and watching movies! Despite 100’ temps during the day, the rooftop was comfortable and breezy when the sun went down. Just make sure everyone is able to climb stairs because there are a lot of them. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay near downtown but not in a hotel. It was easy getting to the river walk, restaurants, and Pearl street, as well as Sea World.

Great for a girls weekend

The property was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean. Kitchen was well supplied as we did a few breakfasts. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Host answered my questions quickly and check was very easy. If I ever came to San Antonio again, I'd use this VRBO. You do need a car as River Walk was a bit farther than it looks like on the map. But parking everywhere was easy.

Perfect Spot to Stay in San Antonio

Our group of 3 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa la Fiesta. House is contemporary, beautifully decorated and was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. Kitchen equipped with everything one needs for eating in. Great living area which flows onto protected deck makes relaxing easy. Bedrooms all with bathrooms ensuite, again really clean and well stocked with basic toiletries. No need to bring your own shampoo and soaps. Two are large and one on ground floor is a bit smaller. Large efficient washer and dryer. Rooftop area - partly indoors and great outdoor patio/deck with very large projection TV fun bonus area weather permitting. Quite a few staircases to navigate if little ones or the elderly in your party. Host very responsive. Easy access to riverwalk area. Ten minutes or less by car. Ate at Boudros on the riverwalk at host’s suggestion and were very pleased. Steps above most of the other spots to dine there. You have to try the guacamole made tableside. Overall highly recommend a stay at this property.

Fabulous Place!

We absolutely loved this gorgeous townhome during are stay in awesome San Antonio! Communication was on point, the home is clean and comfortable with all of the amenities! Walking distance to Pearl or a quick drive. We hope to come back to SA again and will definitely book here again. Highly recommend!

Clean and Convenient

We loved our weekend stay at this VRBO! It was super cute and clean. It was convenient for getting to the Alamodome easily. We walked to Armadillo restaurant Friday night for a quick bite and Starbucks isn’t too far away for our morning treats. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will keep it in mind for our next trip to San Antonio.

Wonderful place for family holiday

We stayed at this property over Christmas and it was outstanding. The multiple floors and en suite bathrooms in every room allowed us to be together while maintaining privacy and having “decompression” space. The rooftop is awesome and the views spectacular. The host was super responsive and accommodating. It was nice to have a garage to park in. I can’t think of a single thing I would change about this house. Will stay again whenever visiting San Antonio!!
