Welcome to your Cozy, Modern Getaway Near Lackland Air Force Base, SeaWorld, and More!

This is a stylish, modern home that offers a relaxing, cozy atmosphere just minutes from Lackland Air Force Base (4 miles), SeaWorld (8 miles), Six Flags (18 miles), La Cantera, and the famous Riverwalk. Perfectly located inside a peaceful gated community, this retreat is ideal for families looking to make unforgettable memories in San Antonio.
The space
This newly built 1500 sq ft duplex is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious open-concept living area, complete with a cozy living room featuring a smart TV, a modern kitchen equipped for all your culinary needs, and a convenient half bath.

Upstairs, you'll find three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master suite offers a luxurious king-size bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, and a private bathroom for your ultimate comfort. The second bedroom is perfect for couples or friends, featuring a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and a smart TV. The third bedroom is great for kids or extra guests, with two full-size beds and a smart TV for entertainment. A second full bathroom is conveniently located to serve the two bedrooms.

Additional perks include a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. This home combines modern comfort with a cozy, welcoming vibe to ensure a relaxing stay.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the supply closet next to the Master Bedroom and the garage.

We offer a keyless front door entry, with the code sent on the day of check-in. For your security, there is also a Ring doorbell camera monitoring the exterior of the home.

Parking Information:
Please park on the left side of the driveway (accommodating two vehicles). Additional parking is available across the street.

Note: The garage is not accessible.

Thank you Valerie for a wonderful stay. Everything was great at the rental and just as listed on VRBO. Valerie was amazing to deal with and very responsive to any communications we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend this rental and would stay again here if we ever return to the area.

We stayed for Basic Military Graduation, minutes from base. It was the perfect place considering you need to arrive at base by 6 am. It was the perfect place for family to enjoy our graduate. Home was clean and beautifully decorated. I definitely will be staying again.

We stayed w/my brother & his wife. They arrived shortly after 4. We arrived after 11pm after driving 1000 miles in one day to get there…and gate to community was closed. We had not been given a code to open gate, only a code to enter unit. Had to wake brother to come outside and drive his car like he was exiting complex to open gate, then back up so we could drive thru the exit gate to get into complex. Emailed host (whose phone number said a mailbox was not set up for voicemail) who replied the next day and apologized, and gave us a code to use. Next night, went to reunion, came back to a closed gate again. Tried code several times, entering code exactly as given. Nothing. Had to wake brother again to repeat exercise to get us in. Wrote host again who said gate code was on our reservation. Took snapshot of reservation showing only code to get into unit; no gate code…and the one she gave us didn’t work. We received no response back. Unit was clean, but if my brother/his wife weren’t staying with us, we would have not been able to get in. ALSO…one roll of toilet paper for 3-1/2 days for two adults. (Same for brother/wife in their bathroom.). We literally had to ration the TP, and there were no tissue boxes. Do NOT recommend.

PROS: This is a five star place. It is the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. The bedding smelled wonderful. The location is PERFECT for Seaworld!As a mom of three tots, we also appreciated the toddler locks on the doors. Again, would highly recommend for the right folks! CONS: Here is the only things we found andthis is probably a VRBO issue - we avoid duplex/townhomes because we have small children (noise). This is a townhome - not a stand alone. Why VRBO shows it as a stand-alone idk! We read with our eyes, the pictures seem to explicitly try to avoid showing the stairs. While they have toddler locks on doors, my 12 month old was determined to climb the steep stairs (no gate). The only mention of it being two story is after about 50 fluffy descriptive words in the very bottom description. I would recommend having the floor plan and pictures of stairs in the photos. These issues are not something that matter to most families, but those who have littles or older folks with bad knees - the explicitness of the stairs and layout would be helpful. I see there is a mention of the stairs in the bottom description but it’s not viewer friendly. Thanks for letting us stay!

We had an amazing experience at this property! The owner was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The townhouse was perfect for our family super clean, incredibly spacious, and in a beautiful new community. Being close to the base made it so convenient for our daughter's BMT graduation in San Antonio. It was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with our new Airman. Highly recommended!Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family for such an important day for us.

Beautiful

This little but spacious house, was perfect for our family of 4, we had an amazing time here, as we went to texas for our son's BMT graduation at Lackland, which was a short 15 minute drive. I would recommend this home for your next stay, it was nice, clean and in a gated community which made it feel even more safe. I lived that it had a small little playground and dog park area right in front of the house.
