Probably my favorite stay so far!! Home was welcoming, beds were comfortable, super pet friendly, only fault I wish there was grass in the backyard for the dog, but still A very cool yard, loved the big rooms and living area! Host was top notch, responsive, and accommodating! This will be our yearly stay for the San Antonio livestock show!

This house was gorgeous....decorated beautifully, clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Peaceful neighborhood and enjoyed lovely walks with my dog. Will definitely stay again.Highly recommend!

House is very clean, nice decor and nice touches like Charging station, bathroom amenities, coffee and some waters in the fridge. The bed is comfy with nice sheets and lots of pillows. You can hear the train a little but it didn’t bother me. Good communication with the host.

Great location, lovely house & best host!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this pretty house! The decor is beautiful and the beds and furniture were so comfortable. Love the location! It is close to the Alamo, the River Walk and other attractions. We felt perfectly safe leaving our little Maltese there while we were seeing the sights or eating out. Chase is the absolute best host that we have ever had! He gave us suggestions on restaurants and things to do. He also made everything so easy to handle concerning the house. We really appreciated his quick responses to our questions and his friendly manner. Highly recommended!!

Pleasant bungalow

Our stay in the craftsman bungalow was very pleasant. Quiet, gentrified neighborhood except for an occasional train going past a few houses away. Easy drive to downtown.

Great house and awesome host

Our family of 5 stayed for spring break and loved the location, amenities, and Chase was awesome. His communication was top notch and kindness too. One evening we noticed a minor item wasn’t available and he door dashed it to us. It was totally unexpected but very nice. We loved the stay and would recommend it to anyone!

Cozy home

We had a wonderful stay in San Antonio and the house was great. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and everything was great. We had one problem come up but the host was on top of it and communicated with us. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great Location to everything!

Great stay! Everything you need for enjoyable stay! Wish weather had been warmer. This home has a wonderful backyard area. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Just a great place to stay if head to the Quarry for shopping or San Antonio Rodeo.

Great house in a great neighborhood!

We frequently travel to San Antonio to visit family and while a quick trip the location we stay makes a big difference. This home is superbly clean, exactly as described and perfectly located in the beautiful Monte Vista neighborhood. Chase, the homeowner gives you all the information you need to have a great trip. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and look forward to staying again.

Great stay!

Fantastic location, we were less than 10-15 minutes from places we wanted to visit (riverwalk, seaworld, la canterra, brackenridge park/zoo). Great backyard for the kids to run around. Very clean home with comfy fbeds and sheets. Excellent communication with the host. Thanks for a great stay!

Best vacation rental I’ve booked

This is a gem of a place to stay. The house and backyard are beautiful! The neighborhood was so wonderful! Less than a 10 minute walk to delicious food and coffee. We stayed during peak Christmas time and spent a lot of our evenings just walking around the surrounding neighborhoods looking at lights and it was magical. The host was so accommodating and great with communication and making sure they were making it the best stay possible. I will recommend this place to all my friends and we will definitely stay here anytime we are back in the area.

Lovely Bungalow

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this bungalow. The house looks like it’s been recently renovated and is very chic. The backyard has a nice little area to relax, read, or eat outside with friends and family. It was very conveniently located close to the river walk, the zoo (which you definitely need to go see if you’re in the area), and the Frost center. We were actually in town to go to a basketball game. Chase was easy to get in contact with and a wonderful host. We will definitely book this home again on our next trip to San Antonio.

Exactly what we were looking for.

In town to spend time with our son who is in school nearby. This was a great place to hang out and relax as a family. Very clean, convenient location and good communication by the host. Highly recommend!
