Welcome to our SeaWorld Haven, your perfect home away from home for your San Antonio vacation! Located just minutes away from Sea World, as well as Lackland Air Force Base, shopping, and dining. With space to sleep up to 12 guests, our villa is the ideal choice for families or groups traveling together. Enjoy a refreshing swim in our pool or unwind in the spa, now heated for year-round comfort. Let your furry friend run around in the dog run while you relax and make the most of your stay. At SeaWorld Haven, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing and memorable visit.



Guest Access:

Virtual lock with a personalized code for entry. Check-in instructions are sent as it gets closer to your check in time.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood. Well kept and established.



Getting Around:

Easy access to major highways. (1604,151, and 410) Parking is in the driveway and in-front of the house. Please note there is no access to garage.



Other Things to Note:

NO PARTIES. NO GATHERINGS (anyone outside of the reservation number of guests). All guests must be mentioned; including visitors.



Each additional guest after 4 will incur a $25 per person per night fee. All pets must be included in reservation. There is a $120 fee per pet, per stay.



You must agree to pool rules and disclaimer in order to obtain the access code to the property.



NO SMOKING. (indoors and outdoors).



SECURITY CAMERAS: There are security cameras outdoors only, for liability and your safety.



MAIL: We do not have access to the mailbox at this property. If you choose to have packages delivered to the doorstep, you are welcome to do so. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any issues such as theft by porch pirates or delayed arrivals.

Will definitely return!!!! Communication with property manager and cleanliness was fantastic. Online accuracy on-point 100%. Property manager even checked in with me during stay to let me know to reach out for anything if needed. Absolutely recommend this rental!!

Fantastic Vacation

My husband and I take a yearly road trip with our dogs and this year we stayed in San Antonio. We come all the way from North Dakota and enjoyed this property. The pool was what caught my eye and I loved that it was heated it was a great time. Communication with the property manager JJ was amazing and we have no complaints except that our week has come to an end. We would definitely stay her again.

Accommodating and Great Communication

I was visiting from out of state with 3 young toddlers. Host was super accommodating and had great communication. From life jackets to high chairs - the space was more than comfortable. There was even a small play area in the back yard for the kids to play. Subdivision felt safe and clean. Great space.
