Parking was good and secure. Bed was phenomenal. Please tell me what it is. Room was very quiet. Location was amazing. View from patio was just of the parking lot and there isn't even a gate to walk out to the car so why not close off the patio and put the TV in the bedroom. Would have been nice if there was a shelf or table on the left side of bed next to the window for coffee cup/ wine glass, phone glasses etc. There needs to have a freestanding handle to hold on to when getting out of the tub., could be dangerous for some. After all the detail and thought that went into the decor it's too bad the painter didn't do a nicer/cleaner job on trim work. Over all suited our needs and the price was good.

Very nice suite, loved everything about it. Off street parking was great and walkability to the Alamodome was perfect for a quick concert trip. The kitchenette has coffee, snacks, a microwave, and a fridge. The bathroom is modern and well equipped. Everything was very clean, and we felt very safe!

We came in from Houston for some October festivals and this place was exactly what we needed. The whole process—booking, check-in, and check-out—was smooth and straightforward. Location was spot on for getting around San Antonio; we had safe parking on site and Lyft found us easily (our rides to the center were under 7 each way).The room was clean and quiet, the bathroom was genuinely nice, and the mini-fridge/cooler stayed super cold. We even made a simple lunch on the patio and enjoyed the low-key vibe of the area. If you want a comfortable, quiet spot with safe parking near the city center—and you don’t need a full kitchen—this is a must-book.

Just as listed!

The listing is just as the owners state. The rental was homey and the owners add little extras as well. The owners always responded quickly to any questions we had before our stay. I would move the TV to the sleeping area. But that is the only suggestion.

Everything was good from the prompt responses from the owner to the proximity to downtown/riverwalk. The only thing for me is that it wasn't located in the best part of town (I wouldn't feel safe walking around outside) but yet I did feel safe inside.

Quiet and efficient

Close to Downtown. Host was responsive. When we checked in the electronic door would not lock. She showed up and had it fixed within the hour. Overall, decent stay for the price.

Lay down your hat

Very nice room, loved the space and parking area was good. The only issues was no long mirror to view my cute outfit, keeping coffee choice simple like folders would be awesome. The place was convenient to the market square with no traffic issues.

Arrival instructions were clear. The pictures and description of the listing provided by the hosts met my expectations upon arrival. The property is not far from popular areas so it can get it little noisy, that did not bother me at all. I never had any issues and all my needs were met during my stay; I never had a need to contact the host for anything during my stay. If I had to nitpick on something it would be the AC unit is located in the kitchenette area and there is a partial wall separating the sleeping area and kitchenette. The room temperature was comfortable, but a fan might help with additional air flow. This property will be my first choice to stay next time I'm in town. Cheers!
