The host was great! Nancy & Carlos were so helpful in showing me around (where to park,etc) and making sure all door codes and gate codes worked. The place was so cute and welcoming! We were in town for the livestock show, this location was very convient, about 15 mins away from Frost Center.

The place was very nice. It was a quiet and nice neighborhood. I liked that we could park the car inside the yard. The hosts were very nice as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didn’t like that they have plastic on the windows so you can’t see outside. I felt kind of shut in, I like the sunlight in the morning.

Carlos and Nancy were patient and kind when communicating about our late arrival time. Nancy made sure we could get into the property easily and explained how to use heating/air units and locate the downstairs laundry. In addition, they were engaging with site-seeing suggestions in the area.

I stayed here with my three kids. The hosts were super friendly and we enjoyed our stay. I personally like it when you get greeted by person when you get to the house you rent. Makes everything easier. This houses has a prefect location and it is close to everything in San Antonio.

The location of this property was very convenient with quick and easy access to I-10. I traveled alone with my 3 kids and so I appreciated the private and gated parking lot. Immediately upon arriving, I was greeted by Nancy and she gave me a rundown of the property (locks, location of washer/dryer, accessing the gate). Carlos and Nancy provided us with fresh pastries, snack items and a few bottles of water. The house itself was very charming and well taken care of. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Secure, spacious, family friendly

Our stay was very pleasant, and the owners were incredibly welcoming. The property was clean, comfortable, and felt safe throughout our visit.For future guests, it’s helpful to know that the home has been converted into a townhome-style setup. The owners reside on the first floor, while the second floor is a separate living space available for guests. This detail wasn’t clearly stated at the time of booking, so it came as a bit of a surprise. While it initially felt a little awkward—especially with having small children who love to run around—it ultimately wasn’t an issue. In fact, the owners’ presence added a reassuring sense of security.One of the highlights was being able to park inside a gated backyard with a secure access code, which added to our peace of mind.If you’re looking for complete privacy, this might not be the perfect fit. However, if you’re seeking a family-friendly, spacious, safe, and reliable place to stay, I highly recommend this property. I would gladly book again in the future.

Family vacation

The property was cute and just as it was listed. The owners were exceptional! They went above and beyond, making us feel welcome and gave great recommendations. The house was perfect for our family of five. Also, having a washer/dryer was helpful. The location was perfect for our agenda (Six Flags Fiesta Texas, PopStroke, Alamo/Riverwalk). We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property

We were here for our daughter's Air Force graduation. Listing was exactly as described. Great price. It was a beautiful property with a clean quiet neighborhood. Centrally located within 5-20 min driving distance to everything. Hosts Nancy and Carlos were very friendly and hospitable. Communication was great! Would definitely stay here in the future.

The property is close to alot of things! The moment I arrived I was greeted by Nancy who gave me and my family a run down of the property. Tower Balcony

We had a very nice stay the host were very friendly and helpful The property is in an older neighborhood and was quiet and not much traffic but was a little close to the interstate so there was a little noise from that but all in all it was a very pleasant stay we would definitely recommend it and would stay there again it is also close to downtown and everything you might want Thanks so much ps they have secured parking and a nice carport

A wonderful place - super convenient to airport and downtown

My son and I came into town for the Final Four and could not have been happier with our accommodations. Carlos and Nancy are very gracious hosts and made sure all of our needs were met during our stay. Location is 10 minutes from airport and 10 minutes from all downtown attractions. San Antonio is a wonderful city and this is a perfect place to stay as you plan your visit. Thanks so much!

Safe and Sound

We stayed here with Carlos and Nancy for our Spring Break. The check in was easy, good communication before our arrival date and the area was nice.
