Enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, and located on the river. The staff was great except every time we went to the concierge desk there was no one there! The only other cons for us were that the front entrance was not appealing and there is no direct access to the Riverwalk from the building.

Excellent location, central to River Walk activities, less than 5 minute walk to The Alamo. Drug store and lots of food options within easy walking distance. Tower of the Americas is less than a 20 minute walk. There is a bit of a musty odor in the building and in our room (maybe filters need replacing?) and parking is across the street. Those were the only slight downsides. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accomodating, all of our interactions with staff were terrific.

The space was very clean and in the perfect location. It gets very loud at night so maybe not the best place to stay if you have young kids, but the perfect spot for our girls’ trip.

The apartment itself was clean. It is a much older building, therefore needs some updating to look pristine. The staff was friendly however, I was very upset that my reservation was canceled the day before we were going to leave and no one could tell me why or explain what it happened and they had just called me to confirm the day before it was a mess and made for a very stressful beginning of my vacation. There was a lot of concern about the noise. Factor because you are right there on the river walk and there are clubs. That did not bother me at all. I thought it was a great location.The plumbing in the bathroom toilets had issues if you didn’t stand there and hold down the handle in order for it to flesh. Then one point the tank would not fill up and it would not flush, and we had to use the trashcan in order to fill up and pour into the toilet for it to flush.

They don't put in the listing that they are located next to a nightclub and you can hear music all night long in the common areas. However, you cannot hear anything from the bedrooms.The font entrance is also a little sketchy but secure. The code and location were great. We'd totally stay here again but I wish we knew these things before booking.

Good location

Spacious location near the Riverwalk. Our unit had a view of the riverwalk from the balcony, but the Wyndham does not have direct access to the Riverwalk, because the only door is on the opposite side of the building. Not a big deal but the street that the door is on is pretty trashy.

Perfect Location

We had a great time, great location and accommodations were nice. Run more like a hotel and everyone was very helpful and accommodating. You have an option to sit through a time share pitch but it isn’t required.

Comfortable & Convenient… not quiet

It was the perfect location for exploring the river walk and working a conference at the Convention Center. What sounded like karaoke went on outside every night, but we were not expecting silence just steps from the river walk. It was tolerable. While I didn’t expect to need them, I actually did end up using the earplugs provided on the nightstand. It was a thoughtful touch. Aside from that everything else was fantastic and not work deducting a star. However, if you’re looking for a tranquil, spa like stay to hear the birds chirp, this probably isn’t the place. :)

Riverside Suites

The location is great and the staff were friendly and quick to respond to requests. The rooms, however, facing the riverwalk are noisy at night with the bars playing loud music. Be prepared for loud music if you stay here. I would recommend if you want to experience the liveliness and excitement of San Antonio’s Riverwalk.

River Walk

Wonderful location. Comfortable beds, very clean. The people working the front desk were super nice and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Be advised that there is a club and restaurants that play music very late nearby. The music was so loud that the walls were rattling. It didn’t keep us from sleeping, and they provided ear plugs if needed.

Excellent accommodations close to riverwalk and Alamo

Our 2 bedroom unit was clean and updated. The staff at the Wyndham Riverside Suites were friendly and accommodating to ensure our stay supported our travel plans. The 10:00 AM check out process was seamlessly efficient. They stored our luggage, so we could continue enjoying San Antonio until we needed to leave mid-afternoon for the airport.
