There was no towels when we checked in luckily I always bring our own towels. The room was too close to the highway and could hear the traffic. The motel was totally different from the pictures. Won’t book again

I hate having to give a poor review. My wife and I booked this motel six months, in advance, in anticipation of the solar eclipse. When we arrived the king sized bed we had reserved had been given to someone else and we were left with accepting a queen bed room as we had no other choice. We had to go to the office for toilet paper and towels as there were none in the room they assigned us. During our stay we decided to drive to visit a nephew in Austin. The floor of the room had a filmy feeling and we asked if it could be swept and mopped before our return. We delayed our return by a day and when we got back the room had not be touched. Beds unmade, dirty floors.

The rooms are very dirty. Upon check-in, they collect $50 deposit, and then will not give it back to you for 20 days after you check out! As terrible a condition as the room is in, a deposit is pointless.

The room has insects. The floor was never washed. There were mouse holes in the baseboard in the bathroom. There was a mold smell in the room. The towels were dirty. The breakfast was horrible. The breakfast included waffles and an orange, nothing else was offered. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was absolutely disgusting.

Great stay for the price. The only issue I would suggest is turn up the hot water heater my bath was a bit chilly and the microwave had an odor. You can fix this by putting a sack of coffee in it overnight.

Room was clean (more or less), but significantly damaged in several areas, that according tk the $50 deposit they forced me to pre pay, would be the reason for not getting the mm he refunded. I video taped the room prior to unpacking, and noted a skunk smell. I asked to change rooms and wa stole there were no more. The room 2 doors down was the exact same type room (non smoking king) and remained empty last night through this morning. Oh well. At least I get a small complimentary breakfast of cereal, danishes, coffee, juice, and most importantly (as shown on the Expedia pics of this location) Belgian waffles.. Except almost NONE of that existed. A pot of coffee, and 2 cellophane packaged muffins were the only items available. We left in disgust, and paid for breakfast elsewhere. There was almost no chance we would have ever stayed there again anyway, since we were traveling, but I’m writing this hoping to educate the owner and advise other “would be” patrons to go elsewhere.

The staff was amazing. The hotel is very old and dirty. Smell of pot was everywhere. The floor was so dirty my white socks became nasty dirty.

Horrible experience. So bad that i had to walk out a book a hotel somewhere else. There was blood, broken furniture, and just dirt everywhere. We got changed to new room and I went to put the latch on and it broke off! What great security. I also got charged a cleaning fee for checking under the sheets to make sure that room was clean. Seriously a cleaning fee for a disgusting room that i didnt even stay in!

Very dirty property, the area has a freeway overhead, dirty rooms, dirty beds, even the towels had black stains on them. I highly recommend that you choose anywhere else but this place. Very disappointing.

The First Lady that checked us in was so nice, I enjoyed talking to her! Great customer service with her but the second night I had a problem getting into my room because the door wouldn’t read my card and I felt like I was burdening the lady (a different one then the first night) the towels were dirty

The staff had said that housekeeping would not be available thru our stay, but the sheets & towels were stained and didn't feel clean. the floor had not been mopped in a while. Overall not clean.

Over all my time was good. However, I did see some bugs on the floor at times. Also say a few bugs on the shower a few times. They my need to go in and spray for little bugs.

El hotel en mal estado, no servia la tv, la caja de seguridad ni todas las luces, las toallas manchadas y el desayuno era solo cafe, un jugo de botella y una barrita
