Immerse yourself in the luxurious and serene atmosphere of this exquisite oasis. Our custom home offers 3,325 square feet, perfect for entertaining with two spacious living areas and two indoor plus one outdoor dining space for up to 12 guests. Enjoy culinary delights in the fully-equipped kitchen, along with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Step outside to a haven of relaxation, featuring a private heated pool, hot tub, and grill. Located centrally for you to explore the attractions of vibrant S.A.
The space
Soaring cathedral ceilings, amazing light, and huge picture windows along with wood shutters set the tone as soon as you step through the front door. No need to scramble for the better sleeping quarters, with 4 bedrooms offering king beds & their own private seating plus 50” 4K TVs.

The living spaces flow seamlessly off the kitchen and two dining areas with oversized sectionals and a 75” QLED TV with sound bar and 55” 4K Smart TV respectively.

Gaze through the humongous picture window framing the primary living room and enjoy the view of your private backyard paradise, with Resort style complimentary HEATED pool and Hot Tub, complete with waterfall, flexible seating, lounging spaces and bbq grill for that epic cookout.

The primary suite features a massage chaise, seating area, decorative fire place, separate shower & antique claw foot soaker tub along with double vanities and huge walk in closet. 3 full bathrooms with showers and 2 bathtubs along with double vanities help everyone in your party get ready in style. Custom bath amenities and quality linens including memory gel mattresses and duvets.

One king with en-suite bath down and remaining bedrooms, all laid out apart from one another for ultimate privacy, upstairs. Two more bedrooms upstairs also with king beds and 50”TVs, a 4th large bedroom with two queen beds doubles as a kiddo movie theater with bean bag loungers and a 65” smart TV.

Delightful antique accent pieces co-mingle with modern conveniences. Entire house wired for sound, indoors and out. Lightening fast internet plus two dedicated workspaces if you can’t get fully off the grid or have multiple streams going on at the same time.

Guest access
Guests will be provided a unique code for the door, 48 hours prior to their checkin. Unless assistance is needed, we will leave our guests to enjoy the home in privacy! The entire home and facilities are available to guests. There are three locked off closets in the 1st floor hallway, second bathroom and second floor hallway for owner and guest supplies. There may be a personal car parked inside the garage at times, but at least one additional garage spot plus 4 driveway spots and additional street parking are available. These are secure options in our gated community.
Other things to note
We provide pool towels during your stay, located in the first floor guest bath linen closet. Please do not use your bathroom linens.

In addition to regular stone and glassware, we stocked the home with melamine dishes, plastic glassware, wine coolers and coozies for outdoors use and around the pool. No breakable dishes outdoors please.

NOTE: This listing has an additional Agreement that applies to all guests staying at the Premises. As part of the booking process, Guest(s) will be required to complete a guest verification process prior to receiving any check-in information pertaining to the Premises. The booking Guest will be required to provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. Guest(s) will be required to review and sign an Agreement with the Host. Cash App or any pre-paid debit cards are not acceptable methods of payment. Please also refer to Schedule A in the Agreement between Guest and Host for a table of fees assessed for violating terms of the Agreement or Policies outlined therein. This is not a pet friendly property. Mailing packages to the Premises is not permitted. We use Minute noise monitoring devices in our homes. These are decibel monitoring systems that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Little oasis in the city

I cannot say enough great things about this place. The accommodations are top notch and the outside area is phenomenal. Heated pool and hot tub wow what a refreshing dip after a long day.
