Only 10 minutes north of downtown, this central location allows easy access to the Quarry Market, the Pearl, downtown, the Alamo, the River Walk, the SA Zoo, Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Trinity, UIW, UTSA, Lackland AFB and Ft. Sam Houston, the convention center, and the airport.

Private electronic lock on the front door to come and go at any time.

Off-street parking in the driveway can accommodate up to two cars. There is plenty of free on street parking in front of the home.

A spacious 4 bedroom 3 full bath home offers plenty of room for large groups to spread out and enjoy thier time together. The home accommodates up to 15 guests and features 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 queen pullout, and 2 twin beds. There is also 1 twin trundle day bed, 1 twin roll away bed, and 1 queen air mattress. Your comfort is our priority. Each bedroom includes blackout curtains, full length mirrors, a sound machine, a spare phone charger, and plenty of closet space for storing belongings.

Enjoy gathering over a home cooked meal. Prepare your own meals with the fully stocked kitchen that have everything you need including basic spices, cookware, and utensils. It includes a coffee bar with a Keurig and selection of complimentary coffee and tea throughout your stay. There is also a wet bar area with a wine fridge, cocktail tools, and plenty of glasses to unwind after a day of exploring San Antonio.

Kick back and enjoy the spacious floor plan with modern décor and new furnishings. Unlimited high speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace make it easy to work or simply relax. The living area has a 65” Samsung Smart TV with streaming. There is also a 55” Samsung Smart TV with streaming in the master. A smart home Vivint system with outdoor cameras is also included.

The spacious backyard is perfect for play and relaxation. Enjoy a peaceful evening by the fire pit under a string of lights. Wood is included. Spend time with friends and family playing giant connect four, corn hole, and life size Jenga. A propane grill makes it easy to prepare a great meal. The back patio is also the perfect space to sit back and enjoy your coffee on a quiet morning.

We provide a washer & dryer with laundry detergent for your convenience. And we have a pack-n-play as well.

Please note, the North Central Corridor within San Antonio is one of the oldest residential areas in San Antonio with charming homes filled with character. Please note that being an older neighborhood, there is no HOA, so the homes are not uniform. In the surrounding area there will be many darling homes but also some in need of much repair. This is common in San Antonio historic and central districts. This is close to downtown with easy access to major highways, yet nestled in a residential area.

Located between the airport and downtown. There is easy access to the major highways and roads that get you to Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, La Cantera, Lackland AFB, and the Hill Country.

We have a pack-n-play available.
PETS • Up to 2 dogs are welcome, just let us know ahead of time. Dogs may not be left unattended without a kennel, and are not allowed on any furniture. Dog waste must be picked up and disposed of with the provided bags in the metal trash can outside. Failure to disclose is subject to a $250 fee and potential eviction.
