Welcome to The Oak Loft, San Antonio’s newest luxury rental retreat destination! This stunning home, nestled in the heart of a beautiful landscape cul-de-sac, boasts a beautiful oversized hot tub cascading into a large underground swimming pool, making it the perfect outdoor oasis!

The outdoor space is complete with a state-of-the-art outdoor grill for a barbeque (BBQ). An outdoor shaded patio also gives you access to a dining table suitable for those quiet evenings to dine under those breathtaking Texas sunsets. Enjoy a margarita as you sunbathe on our comfortable lounge chairs or grab your best bud for a game of Cornhole! After a long day exploring San Antonio, enjoy a nice hot tub or spa treatment to unwind then dive into our 3’ - 5.5’ swimming pool for a cool way to end a long day. Moving indoors, a state-of-the-art lounge has several areas to relax and/or have a private conversation. You can take a seat on our barstools surrounding the kitchen where all the best conversations happen while preparing a homemade meal or feel like a professional chef using the top-of-the-line commercial kitchen. Should you hire a chef, the kitchen will also fit their needs with a 4 burner commercial cooktop, 24” flat top, drink station, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of prep space. Tired of doing the dishes?! So are we! The Oak Loft has a dishwasher available with complementary dish soap to give you time back to you. The Oak Loft will accommodate up to 14 overnight guests comfortably in a 4 bedroom: 2 King Rooms, 2 double Full Rooms and a Queen size Pull Out Couch located on the first floor. The Master bedroom shares a full Bathroom. The upstairs full bathroom provides a 2 countertop station and a half bathroom downstairs is available to all guests. Two to Four additional guests can “rough it” on a comfortable air mattress and 2 couches (1 in living room & 1 in garage; air mattress not provided) if need be. For those who wish to extend their stay, the Oak Loft provides free laundry facilities such as a washing machine and dryer along with a couple of laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets. Additionally, the Oak Loft provides comfort and your convenience with programmable air-conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. Our interior decorator helped set the mood for an IG wall of Marachi hats making the perfect room to take a selfie and play some board games! Should you choose to watch a football / baseball / soccer game, the converted garage provides two 55” TVs and a real life game experience so during commercials you can play billard pool, shuffleboard, dart board and more!

At The Oak Loft, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our professional cleaning service company. All of the 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting / sanitizing each home after every stay making sure to clean all disinfected surfaces. We are following all of the CDC guidelines and we closely monitor the latest updates. We wash all provided towels, throw blankets, and bedding at high temperatures after each stay. We also have a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, a first aid kit under the bathroom sink, and smoke detectors / smoke alarms in every room.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

HEATED POOL & HOT TUB FEE
Our pool is open all year round and has a hot tub / heated pool feature to relax during the colder months. Should you choose to use the heated features for the hot tub or heated pool there is a one time nonrefundable charge of $300. This feature will be accessible upon payment. Option to pay can be during the reservation or immediately after via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Cashapp. PET FEE. We love pets and would love to put a picture on the wall should you choose to leave us one. We have a designated space for your pet and ask to use it when your pet is left home while you are away. There is a non refundable pet fee ($250) paid to us upon booking or as soon as the decision is made to bring your fur baby.
We pride ourselves on a barefoot backyard so if we have to pick up poop upon departure then there will be an additional charge of $150 paid immediately.

WIFI / INTERNET
The Oak Loft offers complementary or free wifi / internet for any and all travelers especially those working remote or business travelers who need to get caught up on an email.

PARKING
There are 4 parking spots on the driveway of The Oak Loft for an average size vehicle. There is also space for 2 vehicles parked in the front of the house and 1 vehicle parked in the cul-de-sac to the left of the driveway. All parking spaces on the street are on first come first serve basis. All parking is free.
