“The hotel itself is great! Very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were dark and ac worked perfectly! Great water pressure. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! My kids loved the pool. Breakfast was average. Plenty of parking spaces available. The construction on I35 is a nightmare.”

“Easy access. Close to everything we needed. Airport noise, but we were there for airport access so to be expected. Easy check-in. Secure parking and entering bldg. Comfy beds. Only negative was a less than fresh odor in room, like musty and needing to be aired out.”

“Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor.”

“My stay at Homewood Suites was outstanding. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, engineering, kitchen staff, and van shuttle drivers were all professional and personable. The general manager ensured every request big or small was taken care of in an expedious manner. I will return and stay without a doubt. I encourage anyone to stay at this property.”

“Love everything about this hotel, staff was so friendly & the place was kept very clean. The room was a little dark but with this style hotel that’s expected. We got the courtyard room & i loved it. Amazing for families & close to almost anything! I will definitely be making this my hotel stay every time we come into town.”

“The Good: located near the airport literally minutes away. Parking was available with no hassle at all.
The Bad- The room has two small roaches and when I brought it up to the front desk staff they said " sorry about that , did you give them a good squish" . This was not only appalling but outright disrespectful . This was not the appropriate coming from who I believe is a manager there. Also, The pool area was lacking towls and should be capped as far as how many people can be in it at once....

“We were made 3hrs to check in bc the room was being cleaned, then when we finally got into the room, the floor was filthy, making walking around filthy, the linen was stained, there was no microwave in the room like the amenities stated and our fridge froze everything (the dial was broken). The door latch was loose, the ac was cracked and making odd noises, there were holes all over the room and the tv was damaged as well.
