The property is completely private and for the exclusive use of guests, except for the swimming pool, which is communal.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is a lively area near the heart of Maspalomas. It’s close to the iconic Maspalomas Lighthouse and the expansive Maspalomas Dunes, perfect for scenic walks. Nearby, you’ll find the vibrant Yumbo Centrum with shops, restaurants, and nightlife, as well as Playa del Inglés beach just a short drive away. The area blends tourist attractions with local charm, making it easy to explore both natural and urban highlights.

In the vicinity of the accommodation you can move on foot, you have everything very close if you want to go out to know the island, the bus service is excellent, there is a station within walking distance if you ask us we can leave you all the schedules and we can help you with recommendations. If you drive without a doubt the best option is to rent a car, which we can also arrange, the prices are excellent.

You can enter the accommodation at any time after 15:00. Early check-in can only be arranged on request. If you need it, please send us an email.

Please remember to complete all outstanding payments, if any, as well as your online guest registration.

Please note that guest registration is compulsory for those over 14 years of age, and only when completed for all travellers, can access to the property be given.

In case you have paid for the entire booking in advance on your favourite booking platform, you will only need to finalise the online registration process.
