“The building smelled bad, and there was previously used bar soap in the shower and as if leftover stains. There was also no shampoo”

“I tried to check in early after a long drive; I called twice and visited in person once, but the staff member was not at all helpful in trying to get us a room—even though it was already 1:00 PM when I made my last call to inquire. I ended up having to go to another hotel. I will not return to this hotel, nor to any other La Quinta property.”
