11:00 AM (Due to the time needed to carry out our extensive cleaning protocols, we cannot cater to a late check-out request)

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS :
In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the like for this location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

SMOKING :
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.

SECURITY :
The property is equipped with security cameras installed on the property's exterior (i.e., parking, or front door cameras) to ensure guest safety.
