“Unfortunately for us the tv in our room did not work and it took like 20 minutes to get hot water in the shower. I Would like to say that when I called front desk to Report that the TV was not turning on she did inform me that she would try to get someone to fix the problem and that if she could not just to mention it before turning in the key the front desk lady when I mention what had happened she just said oh well.”

Cons: Staff could have been much more informative regarding what the property offered. Also would have been nice to know the fridge in our kitchenette would be off upon arrival. Food spoiled. Parking was pricey for having so many issues with access in and out of the garage. Key card...

The rooms are gross! Dust still in bedside table- glass tables had hand prints still. As you walk into the hallway the carpets are dirty. You can tell they dont vacuum often, this was an indication how the rooms were. We stayed at room 310 it's gross. When you drive up dont expect a bellman to greet you. You must walk in to front desk. “The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all.
The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“Came here for a little weekend getaway with my wife. Room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Staff was very helpful and friendly when checking in. Locations is very close to everything you’d need. About 5-10 min from nice beaches and about 20-25 min from Downtown SD. Didn’t get to try out the breakfast provided or the pool area. Overall a great experience and would book again.”
