  • Pozzo dei Desideri è una splendida casa colonica recentemente ristrutturata, situata in posizione panoramica con vista sulle colline del Chianti.
    La struttura è stata suddivisa in 3 spaziosi e confortevoli appartamenti (di cui uno abitato dai proprietari), arredati con cura e con gusto in stile rustico tipico toscano. Ogni appartamento è dotato di qualsiasi comfort per garantire tranquillità agli ospiti che vi soggiornano.
    All'esterno, un'area attrezzata vi permetterà di poter organizzare pranzi e cene all'aperto e una bellissima ed ampia piscina vi aspetta per poter ammirare una splendida vista panoramica sulla natura che circonda Pozzo dei Desideri, godendovi la pace e la tranquillità che la proprietà sa donare.

    A disposizione degli ospiti: giardino attrezzato con tavoli e sedie, piscina (12 x 6 m - massima profondità 1,8 m - aperta dal 01/05 al 30/09) utilizzata anche dai proprietari e barbecue in comune. Aria condizionata. L’accesso alla proprietà tramite una strada non asfaltata ma in buone condizioni. Parcheggio all'interno della proprietà. Su richiesta è possibile noleggiare un letto supplementare a € 62,- / a settimana da pagare sul posto. Lettino per bebé (disponibile gratuitamente). Sono ammessi animali domestici di piccola taglia. Le finestre degli appartamenti sono dotate di zanzariere.

    Distanze: il piccolo centro di San Casciano con tutti i generi di negozi a 1 km, Firenze a 20 km, Siena a ca. 60 km

    Piano terreno: grande soggiorno (TV-sat) con camino e zona pranzo.
    2 gradini sopra: cucina (forno, freezer, lavastoviglie, microonde) da cui si accede ad una terrazza coperta, privata ed attrezzata per mangiare all'aperto, WC (lavatrice).
    1° Piano: 2 camere matrimoniali ognuna con aria condizionata e bagno privato con doccia, camera matrimoniale con aria condizionata e bagno privato con vasca.

    Quanto segue potrebbe essere da pagare extra: Deposito cauzionale in contanti, Imposta di soggiorno, Letto extra, Pulizie finali, Riscaldamento.

Fijne plek om te zijn met en mooie uitvalsbasis om het Chianti gebied te verkennen. Florence en Siena liggen op goede rij-afstand om deze te bezoeken. Hulpvaardige en vriendelijke eigenaren en op korte afstand van het dorpje voor dagelijkse boodschappen.

Dejlig bolig som levede op til billeder og beskrivelser. Ligger i skønne omgivelser og har et dejligt pool område. Fantastisk terrasse med skygge hele dagen. Caterina som der er vært på stedet, var utrolig fleksibel, sød og utrolig hjælpsom. Ligger få km fra en mindre by med nogle restauranter og stort supermarked. Der ligger en lækker restaurant i gåafstand fra boligen. Dette sted kan varmt anbefales.

Quelle belle demeure ! Loin du tumulte de Florence, cette maison est un vrai havre de sérénités. 3 belles et grandes chambres avec chacune une salle de bain et WC ont été très appréciées. Caterina notre hôte est très sympathique et nous avons eu l’occasion de goûter son huile d’olive. L’emplacement de la maison est excellent pour visiter la Toscane

Proche de Florence et facilement accessible. Au calme dans la campagne avec jolie vue . Spacieux et gros avantage d'avoir 3 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bains avec WC ; propriétaires dans la maison à coté , sympathiques . une très bonne adresse en Toscane PS 2 restaurants juste à proximité en cas de besoin

Ubytováni bylo moc krásné. V popisu jsem si nevsimla,ze u každého pokoje je vlastní koupelna,což nas velmi mile překvapilo. Vila je na nádherném miste a majitelka byla vstřícná.Krásná dovolená.

We had a wonderful stay. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Spacious, comfortable quarters in this three hundred year old villa, with beautiful views in all directions. Easy access by bus to Florence and surrounding towns. Made for a great home base to explore all of Tuscany.

Heerlijk rustige omgeving, tussen de olijfbomen. Elke dag ree-tjes in de omliggende tuin (af en toe ‘s avonds wilde zwijnen). Heerlijk huis met bij elke slaapkamer een eigen badkamer. Keuken prima, voldoende kook- en eetgerei. Wasmachine aanwezig. Mooi zwembad met ligstoelen en parasols en uitzicht op de olijf- en wijngaarden. Vooral het contact met de eigenaren was zo leuk, alsof we bij vrienden logeerden!

A great place to stay. Very clean facility and an English speaking hostess(Caterina) was a bonus. Catarina was a perfect hostess. She catered to our needs and offered valuable information. We were lucky to experience olive harvesting, a real working farm! Would highly recommend as a place to stay

We liked very much Pozzo dei desideri. Convenient location - easy to find, close to the COOP (supermarket). Spacious, clean rooms with rustic atmosphere. Wonderful views! The landlady, Mrs. Panzani, has been most friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful place to families with small and grown-up children and groups of friends, who want to explore Toscana.

We liked very much Pozzo dei desideri. Convenient location - easy to find, close to the COOP (supermarket). Spacious, clean rooms with rustic atmosphere. Wonderful views! We were very happy with the villa. Located close to the coop in town where you can find everything you need. The fireplace was amazing and we had the use of both the BBQ and authentic pizza oven (wood was provided)There is a very friendly dog "Molly" which you will either love or hate. She is always happy to see you and greats you every morning, however she barks at the deer and rabits all night long. We got use to it after awhile though. The only critisim I can come up with is there was abosulty no dish soap, laundry detergent, of even salt & pepper we had to supply literaly every expendable. I wonder were the stuff we left behind went? About the pool, it waswas shut down the day we arrived.
