Tuscan Farmhouse with pool in the Chianti

This beautiful house is a portion of a typical tuscan farmhouse built in the 15th century surrounded by olive trees, that offers peace and tranquillity.
Nearby there is the village of Montefiridolfi (600 meters gravel road) where you can find a grocery store/mini market where you can also do outdoor aperitivos. In Montefiridolfi there is also a very good little restaurant.
From the house there is also a nice short walk you can do to see the horses in the fields nearby.

The house is located in a strategic point between Siena and Florence, so you can visit the cities and medieval villages nearby but there are also many cellars, wine tours and tastings close to the house.


The house has a big lawn with a barbecue area and a nice veranda with a dining table. From the lawn you can walk to the pool area with sun beds and a gazebo.

The house has some personal objects, books, etc.. which you can use but please be respectful!

The entrance is through a nice veranda with big glass windows that overlook the lawn.
The living room has a ceiling fan and a fireplace, a door leads to a small bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is big and has all kitchen appliances and a washing machine.
From the corridor you have access to the first double room with AC, further down you enter the main bedroom with Ac and windows with a wonderful view and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a bath tub.
In the main bedroom there is the access to the third smaller bedroom with AC.
