For any additional guests, a high-quality queen 8-inch air mattress is available for use in the living room.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, and any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $99 for cleaning purposes. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors during your stay by adhering to quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

The Apartment is upstairs by the Grand Ave street side. Lock box is next to the front door, on the water heater door.
-We will try to respond within 1 hour to any guests inquiry within normal hours of the day, for questions or concerns after hours (11pm to 6am) we will respond the next day.

Trash bins are in the Back alley, next to the parking spots, they come every monday to pick up and recycle every two weeks. If you want to help with the trash, please place the bins over the line into the alley on Sunday evening as they come very early monday night.
Check out is very easy. Please leave everything AS is, the maid will come and take care of everything. No need to take trash out or put anything in the washer/dryer. Please lock all doors/windows and the apartment , and return keys to the lock box.
