    Downtown Loft! Just 2 blocks from Little Italy and a short walk to Gaslamp and Balboa park!, This is a beautiful 2 Level Loft with a balcony and a Private Rooftop deck!! Comfortably appointed and very easily accommodates 4 guests



    The Space:

    Newly renovated loft in downtown San Diego located a few blocks away from Little Italy and a short walk to the Gaslamp District and Balboa park! This is a beautiful 2 level loft with a private rooftop patio. The upstairs loft contains a spacious queen bed with direct access to the patio. Please keep in mind that this is a loft style space and does not contain a door for complete privacy.  Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious living room with a comfy couch to accommodate your entire party. As you continue through the apartment, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen which leads you to the second bedroom. This space contains a queen bed with bright windows for extra light! 



    This space does come with a parking spot! 



    NOTE: This garage is NOT suitable for large vehicles, such as large pickup trucks or extra large minivans.

    This unit has a small service balcony, shared with the apartment next door. Please note your unit is fully lockable, and you still have the private rooftop access shown in the photos.

I cannot recommend the 306 Downtown San Diego Loft Apt w/Parking as I encountered the following during my stay.1. The loft is upstairs as is stated in the listing, but doesn't have any lamps, dressers or doors on the closet. The light for the loft is also the light for the downstairs TV room.2. The 2nd bedroom listed is on the main floor which is not a loft. The 2nd bedroom had a bed, no door, no dresser, no closet, no luggage rack, no lamps. You can't shut the curtain at night as it would cover the window air conditioner. 3. The bathroom door doesn't fully open as the toilet is in the way. The shower head is dirty and the shower floor is chipped. The toilet seat is loose and the toilet has stains. The bathroom fan sounded broken and the light didn't work. The painted concrete floor is dirty & chipped.4. The listing says newly renovated, but the refrigerator is from 2002 and the freezer door pops opens when you close the refrigerator door and there were no ice trays. The electric stove had 2 burners out of the 4 burners that didn't work. 5. I tried to sit at the small dining table with 4 stools under the stairs but since I am taller than 5 feet I couldn't fit, plus there is no light. 6. I found the couch had a cigarette hole and the handrail to the loft dirty.7. The area had many homeless individuals and tents on the street.8. Checking out, the parking garage gate would not open from the inside by driving up so I had to use the garage door opener to get out
