Incredibile Brand Beach Bungalow rinnovato !! A soli 40 passi dalla spiaggia, godere della terrazza sul tetto del terzo piano con vista a 360 tra cui Pacific Beach, La Jolla e la baia. Prendere tutto come si cucina sul barbecue a gas all'aperto.
A pochi passi dalla bellissima Mission Beach e vicino alla baia. Sia la camera matrimoniale e la seconda camera da letto hanno letti queen-size. Nuovo divano componibile con divano letto estraibile. Nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Grande nuova 55 "4K TV in salotto, TV in ogni camera da letto. Lavasciuga nell'unità. Nuovo ripiano in pietra di alta gamma. Internet ad alta velocità wireless gratuita. C'è un parcheggio designato nel garage direttamente accanto all'unità. CANI SONO CONSENTITI w / Approvazione del proprietario (è prevista una tassa per l'animale domestico). Un sacco di pentole, padelle, piatti, tazze bicchieri di vino, ecc. Ben fornito. La migliore posizione perché siamo una casa da una passerella in modo da ottenere le viste senza il gran numero di persone che camminano davanti a casa tua. A pochi passi dal bayside. Passeggiando lungo a Belmont Park, il parco divertimenti di Mission Beach pieno di divertimento e attività per tutti. Inoltre, molto vicino a ristoranti, bar, negozi e il Crystal Pier. Miglior valore nella bellissima Mission / Pacific Beach di San Diego.

Everything you need within steps from the beach. Fast response times from the property manager/owner. A TV went out during our stay and was replaced same day. Our family would stay here again.

Location was easy access to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Could not figure out how to use the coffeemaker and the wifi was not strong.

Discrepancies

We found that the location was great, but the property needs some repairs. There were light bulbs burnt out, many of the outlets in the kitchen area didn't work, batteries in some of the remotes for the lighting needed to be replaced and you probably shouldn't use the washer.

Great beach house

Family visit to San Diego. This house was a great location to enjoy the beach and also a short drive to downtown. Love the rooftop patio in the morning.

Mission Beach Condo

The location was greagt. The garage door opener did not work when we arrived and did not get fixed until the next day. There was no table or chairs in kitchen. We founda a card table and chairs in the garage and we had to use. The coffee pot did not work but owner did offer to bring over another one. Beds were comfortable but hthere were no dressers in front bedroom.

Property needs a lot of love

While the location of this rental is great, there is little else to recommend it. It appears not to have been maintained in years, and the furnishings are lacking. - Paint is worn, patched and peeling. - A panel of unfinished drywall is screwed into the ceiling. It is not flush, not primed, not painted. - Stairs have gouges out of them - Stair rail is not attached to the wall, sits about an inch away - Six chairs on rooftop outdoor space are rusted and broken, piled in a corner along with two rusty propane tanks for grill. - Grill was caked with grime - There is no dining table by the kitchenette. The only place to eat indoors is at the coffee table in front of the couch. - The light fixture that would be for a dining table is dangling by electrical wires. - The bed in the master bedroom sags deeply, we couldn’t use it - There are no side tables next to the bed in the master bedroom - The ac while cool doesn’t have vents to the bedroom. To get cool air, doors must be open so there’s no privacy - The only outdoor space is up two narrow flights of stairs from the kitchen, and the door handle needs maintenance or replacement - Blinds in the master bedroom are threadbare and broken with holes - There is a non-working, stacked, rusty washer and dryer with wood rot near the base in the downstairs bathroom. (Working washer and dryer are in the garage) - WiFi didn’t work initially. It took 2 days to get working. - Kitchen sink drains poorly

Perfect beach house

This was the perfect beach house for our one week vacation. 40 steps to the beach, quiet area and less than a mile to Belmont Park. Walk to shops and restaurants. Clean house, Comfortables beds, Direct TV, rooftop grill and great AC. 10/10.

Amazing weekend trip

My daughters (12 and 10) and I spent Mother’s Day weekend here. We had the best time! The location is amazing - we didn’t rent a car and didn’t need one. Check in and out were so easy and the house had everything we needed, including boogie boards in the garage. Steps from the beach, restaurants and shops, and short walk to Belmont Park. We did take a trip to La Jolla with a local friend and did the kayak cave tour - also recommend!

I gave 1star for cleanliness due to the fact that when we checked in at 4:00 the house had not been cleaned. I reached out to Fausto and he had the cleaning ladies come, which inconvenienced us for a few hours. Once I got over being upset , we ended up enjoying the house and the location. It’s pretty basic but had everything we needed.

Ideal location

Loved the location and property was nice overall. Rooftop patio chairs were all rusty, missing slats, and unusable. Grill was not clean. We also had 5 people in our party, but no extra bedding provided. There was an air mattress and couch but nothing to put on them. No broom available to minimize sand. Otherwise we were comfortable and enjoyed access to the beach, bay, and numerous eateries.

Pretty description

It need a few things updated but overall not bad. The garage is a little tough to fit in but thats pretty normal for the area. It was in fact 40 steps to the beach. There is a nice bar down on the corner not far away and the olive has wonderful cinnamon rolls 3 doors away. I replaced the grilling utensils since the ones there were super rusty, which was no big deal just glad to help out the next person. The beds were soft and i slept like a baby. The view isnt the best from the roof with the power lines and house in front but when you're that close you just go down to the beach to see it.

Great time!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location was perfect. We were able to use the grill on the rooftop one night which was so great to have that private space. It was also a nice surprise to find some beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage to use. There were a few things that are needing repairs, but I wouldn’t hesitate to book and stay here again.

Great location

The house definitely needs some love, a couple updates, and a good deep clean. However nothing “ruined” our stay and we had a wonderful time in San Diego with an awesome location. The property host was great to work with.
