Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): Queen Bed next to master suite (shares full bath with Bedroom 3)

Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): Queen Bed with private desk for working from home.

Bedroom 4 (3rd Floor): Queen Bed on the top floor with private bathroom as well as private balcony on the front of the house.

Bedroom 5 (1st Floor): Trundle bed with two single beds. This is on the first floor near the entry way. Half bath is near this bedroom.

Full baths are on floors 2 and 3 only. Half bath is on 1st floor.



FOR KIDS:

Under the stairs you will find a little magic: This Harry Potter cozy kids’ nook is the perfect hideaway for young wizards, bookworms, and imaginative adventures.

It's a great fit for families and groups looking to relax, but not for parties, events, or loud gatherings. Please keep noise down after 10 pm, and only registered guests may stay or visit. If you're planning a celebration, this isn't the right home for your trip.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire home, fenced yard and 2-car garage to themselves. Self check-in with custom code smart lock that only works during your stay for safety.

You're in North PB, the quieter, residential end of Pacific Beach (one of our fav neighborhoods in San Diego). Walk to Tourmaline Surf Park or 0.9 mi to Garnet Avenue's restaurants and bars. Bird Rock coffee is 3 minutes by car, Kate Sessions Park sunsets, Mission Bay, and La Jolla Cove's sea lions in 9 minutes. The airport is 14 minutes away, and downtown, Petco Park and Balboa Park are all under 20 minutes.
