Amerai il nostro cottage Surf Side, che è a pochi passi dalla sabbia e surf! Ci troviamo appena fuori il lungomare, sessanta passi dalla sabbia a 726 Dover Corte a South Mission Beach, dove si è ancora vicino alle attrazioni, ma abbastanza lontano per sentire come avete la vostra vicinanza al mare calmo e spiaggia più tranquilla! Quattro porte dalla riva vicino all'angolo di Ocean Front Walk e Dover Corte. Cottage unità Luminoso stile con cucina ristrutturato, pavimenti in bambù, una lavatrice / asciugatrice in unità e un DUE RE camere e due bagni! PLUS UN PELO GROTTA CON DUE LETTI ognuno con la propria TV / DVD. Con il divano letto che può ospitare fino a 8 in letti.


726 Dover Corte è in South Mission appena a sud delle montagne russe. Piano terra, su un unico piano, e ha anche un grande patio esterno che è di circa 15 x 20 piedi di dimensioni! Uno spazio all'aperto che non troverete facilmente altrove per questo valore !!! Godetevi grigliate e cene, mentre a pochi passi dal mare blu profondo, il lungomare, la spiaggia di sabbia, e il surf! Vicino all'azione, ma tranquilla e poche porte di distanza per un soggiorno più tranquillo.

I vostri bambini possono giocare nel mare proprio di fronte al bagnino torre # 12 che si trova proprio sulla spiaggia, dove potrete impostare il giorno in spiaggia!

Due KING Suites tra cui scegliere qui più due letti a castello e un divano letto matrimoniale letto nel soggiorno. Gli ospiti aggiuntivi potranno godere della qualità Divano letto / futon in salotto, sempre un posto preferito per dormire con la TV, DVD e VCR telecomandi in mano. Un sacco di finestre danno a questo personaggio Beach House e un Beach Cottage sentire.

La lavatrice e asciugatrice IN UNITA 'vi aiuteranno a imballare con leggerezza.

The home was perfect for our family while we were attending SDSU graduation. We were able to come back after ceremonies and relax in the yard area with the fire pit. Communication with Sharon was excellent. We look forward to staying again when our next SDSU Graduates in 2027!

The accommodations were perfect for our family. The proximity to the beach, spaciousness of the home, and wonderful backyard made for an amazing vacation. Our 6-year old grandson said, "I'm going to miss this place the most!" over the Zoo and Sea World (especially his bunkbed with his own tv!). Thank you for sharing with us - we certainly hope to be back.

We loved this property, it’s exactly as advertised! It’s in the perfect location just steps away from the beach and the outdoor space is really enjoyable. The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cleanliness of the floors. We had a crawling age kiddo and the floors turned his legs and feet black, as well as ours from walking on it. The floor felt grimy to walk on. Aside from that, it was excellent!

We had a great stay! Location was amazing! The home is as described and seen in the photos. We loved the patio in the morning for coffee and again at night with the bonfire. We would definitely stay again if we return to San Diego.

I love this little beach house. We have stayed there the last 2 summers for a week. It steps away from the beach and close to Belmont Park. I love that the family could come and go as we pleased because it was so close to things- sometimes doing things together and sometimes apart. We had a fun and relaxing time. I was hoping to book again this summer but it looks to be blocked with grey. Maybe next time.

My parents, husband, and I loved our stay during our 3-day vacation in San Diego- the location was excellent and steps away from the beach. You can hear the waves sitting in their beautiful patio and it's very calming. There are a few amazing local stores, cafes, and restaurants around within walking distance which is convenient! We luckily got to meet our host Sharon when we checked in. She promptly responded to our questions and made sure everything was in place at our rental. The rental place is compact and had minor wear and tear but it wasn't a deal breaker for us because it was homely and worked for us. Highly recommend them!

This beach house is really in the middle of it all, yet it has a quiet, laid back vibe. It’s just steps to the beach and a very short walk to Belmont Park, They thought of everything and had beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and sand toys to use during the stay. The washer/dryer combo was incredibly convenient for wet swimsuits. The whole stay was a wonderful way to begin our summer break. We will most definitely be back!

We had a great time gathering on the patio with a fireplace that warmed our hearts and our bodies. The property manager was so nice. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. A short walk to the beach!

We stayed here for four nights in May 2024 and were very very pleased with the location, amenities, accessibility, and comfort of this beach house. It is a very short walk to the Mission Beach (we didn't even wear shoes some of the time) and a close walk to a market, a few restaurants, and Mission Bay. It is close to highway 8 so getting to other San Diego spots like the zoo and Balboa Park is quick. We had a minivan and it fit well in the spot provided. PLENTY of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, and towels are provided. Sharon was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. My kids loved the bunk beds. Some areas of the house are showing some normal wear and tear, but nothing more than expected and all the appliances worked great. Linens, paper goods, and kitchen supplies were provided. It was very comfortable for our family of five, and again, the location is hard to beat. Book it, you won't regret it.

Loved the proximity to the beach. There are a couple of markets within a couple of blocks and a great little coffee stand. Only complaint was that the sheets on the top bunk were not clean, they were covered in sand and crumbs.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The sounds of the ocean echo through the living space and when you open your doors, The ocean waves remind you how close you are to Paradise. The decor is very cute and gives off vacay vibes. The beds are comfortable, the appliances Fit all the needs, and the outside area is such a wonderful place to chill. When I had an issue, turning on the fire pit, the owners came right away to show me how to operate it The location is really. Very close to Belmont Park, where there are plenty of places to entertain families. Also super close to some cute coffee, shops, and storefront restaurants that serve for great meals in a pinch. I would definitely stay in this location again And really loved every minute of it.

This place was a perfect fit for us! The separate bedrooms and bathrooms were great for 2 couples. So close to the beach we could hear the surf from the patio! Late night chats around the fire pit were wonderful. Easy walk to markets, dining and cafes. Very quiet and relaxing. Excellent communication and directions. One suggestion is to update the bath fan in the laundry/bathroom. It starts normally but after a couple minutes only blows hot air. It didn’t bother us at all bc it was a little cool during our March stay but others may find it uncomfortable.
