The house was perfect for our family of 4 (two teenagers). It was very clean and delivered on all that was represented in the listing. We were impressed with the variety of recreational items available such as SUPs, wetsuits, cruiser bikes, etc. Linda was an ideal host - available and responsive. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

This is was our 2nd straight year staying here. Linda is great - very easy to work with, quick to respond leading up to and during our stay. Her home is fully stocked from what you need in the kitchen to what you would want to hang out on the beach with your family. The location is amazing. The bakery right across from her home has amazing cinnamon rolls and sticky buns! We’ve already booked her place for next summer. Would definitely recommend her home for couples or for families - great for young kids (she has all the beach toys) but also older kids. She has surf boards and boogie boards which was perfect for my teenagers.

This cottage style home was perfect, Owner is meticulous with her property, and you will see this with all the extras she provides, Location is only steps away from beach and you can people watch from porch. Our family enjoyed our vacation.

Perfect cottage at the Beach

Lovely cottage at the beach, our short stay was made easy with beach toys available for our two and half yr grandchild, all amenities close by. Our host was easy to contact and helpful. Would love to spend longer there next time:)

AMAZING Beach Cottage!!

My family and I (including our 11 and 13 year old daughters) have been coming every summer for the past 5 or 6 years to Mission Beach for a week and have stayed in a different home every time. This home is by far our favorite place thus far! Linda has made this cottage very cozy and has thought of all of the little details that her guests would need. Her garage is filled with beach toys, plenty of bikes, boogie boards, umbrellas and chairs (the list goes on!). Her kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental. She was also fantastic with communicating before and during our entire stay. The location is great (steps away from the beach) and we absolutely loved eating all of our meals and just relaxing on the front patio. We would absolutely love to come back and stay at the Seale Shack again!

Perfect!

House is so cute and can’t beat the location. Linda is the best host and so easy to work with. They are locals so they were always around if we needed anything. Garage is packed with beach gear and bikes and having a place to park is priceless in that area. Highly recommend!

Cottage on the beach

Beautifully designed and cared for 2 BR walking distance to beach. 2 adults and 2 teens comfortably fit in and all enjoyed the entire stay. Equipped better than any VRBO we have stayed in. Anyone should enjoy this beautiful beach cottage.

Best cottage ever!

This was our second time staying here and I can't think of one thing that we would change. The decor, the area, proximity to the beach. Mattresses and couch are super comfy, everything is well stocked. It's fabulous and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Seale Shack. It met the needs of our family perfectly (we traveled with our 2 year old and 6 year old). Our favorite thing by far is the proximity to the beach, and all of the beach accoutrement that was supplied - towels, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. The property was very comfortable, and it was really nice to not have any stairs (everywhere else we've stayed in Mission Beach is a multi story building). All in all a really great stay!

Perfect location and patio!

This beach house is fantastic! It was clean, cute and comfortable. The garage was very well stocked with beach stuff. We really enjoyed our stay. The front patio is the perfect place to sit and relax and people watch. Must get cinnamon rolls from Olive! Perfect location just a few steps to the beach and easy walk to PB. Only suggestion would be to have a couch and gas fire pit on patio. We spent a lot of time hanging out there! Overall a great stay and we would stay there again.
