I migliori posti sulla spiaggia @ ~ One Door to the Shore ~ OCEAN VIEW !!! Migliore posizione Affascinante casa sulla spiaggia. 2 camere da letto, 2 piani casa indipendente. Prima casa dal lungomare con oltre 400 mq di Ocean Front Decking privato. Sedersi Viste di Sand Surf e tramonti spettacolari. Addormentarsi e svegliarsi al suono del surf. 5 posti letto, inoltre c'è un divano letto matrimoniale in memory foam nel soggiorno. Al piano superiore camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e porte francesi che si aprono su un patio soleggiato spazioso e delizioso. Il patio è molto privato e protetto con vista sull'oceano. È bello sedersi lì fuori per un caffè mattutino, prendere il sole privato pomeridiano e serate con i suoni rilassanti del surf. Camera da letto al piano di sotto ha pieno + letto singolo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, compresa la macchina per il caffè e il frullatore essenziali. Vista sull'oceano da pranzo dentro o fuori. Hai un barbecue di propano di buone dimensioni sul ponte anteriore.
Il bagno ha una romantica vasca con artigli per un bagno rilassante e una doccia separata.
1 garage collegato all'auto si apre manualmente e si adatta alla maggior parte delle auto e dei SUV. Nuova cucina, finestre e pavimenti in tutto.
5-6 posti letto TV / via cavo completamente arredati, Netflix.
Passeggiata facile sul lungomare per i migliori ristoranti Mission Beach e il posto preferito per la colazione / caffè all'aperto. 3/4 miglia a nord del parco divertimenti Belmont, a 3 miglia da Sea World. 5 miglia a Down town e aeroporto. Grandi piste ciclabili intorno alla baia e all'oceano. Si trova anche di fronte al Catamaran Hotel sul lato della baia della spiaggia di Mission, che offre tutti i tipi di noleggio di sport acquatici e il più favoloso brunch domenicale sulla spiaggia. Questa è un'ottima posizione per una vacanza al mare!

We had great experience with minor issues but resolved immediately by the owner which we appreciated much. Highly recommended bec the place is very cozy and homey! Love the reading area up on the second floor.. so nice with the sound of the waves.. what more can we ask for? The front porch has outstanding views and sounds.. really good to enjoy our coffer. Great location. OK house

You can’t beat this location. You can enjoy the view of the beach from the front porch. I was disappointed in the quality of the house. It seemed nicer in the photos. It needs a deep clean, and they need to change their sheets that have stains. But Cindy was super helpful and nice. Parking is tough but that was to be expected in this area.

We found our favorite beach cottage!!!

We love staying at various cottages on Mission Beach each time we travel to San Diego to visit our family but now we've found our go-to spot! The location is absolutely perfect. The upstairs bedroom and sun room are new and fresh. The additional 1/2 bath upstairs was a nice surprise. The main floor is cute and comfortable. We did have a problem with the TV and the cable which was a bit of a bother on the cold windy nights during our stay but the owner got the cable guy there first thing Monday morning. She was also kind enough to offer us late check out for our inconvenience. Can't wait to come back during the summer time!

Absolutely amazing location. Property completely not ready.

This property truly is as close to the beach as stated. Checking in was very easy. The night before we checked in however the host reached out about check in and casually mentioned that there was construction. They felt it should not impact our stay. This was kind of short notice to be telling us that the property was not ready. The patio porch was in the middle of being turned into an extra room with its own porch. I'm certain it will be lovely when it's done. In the meantime however all the closets of the property were full of boxes and items for the construction. As such they were not usable. They were extra construction items underneath beds and underneath the tub. Property had obviously been empty but set up for a while. Sheets and bedding in the main bedroom were damp and mildewy, as was all the extra bedding for the property since it was stored in that room. I know the ocean wears away at everything, however we were all a little startled by the deterioration inside. Books were moldy, and everything was rusty. Several things around the kitchen were either still very dirty or broken and not working. Dimensions for very small garage were provided so I should have been expecting how tiny it was and unable to park most sedan cars, so that one was on me. House was once very cute, and I can see that the host is trying very hard to make it cute, but I feel that they should not be placing it up on VRBO until it is actually ready, and some key upgrades are made.

Charming Home in Great Location

Time spent on the front porch watching the ocean and the boardwalkers go by was worth the price alone! Being just one house in from the boardwalk was actually better than being right on it. Also, when the May gray rolled in, we could adjourn to the private upstairs patio for warmer shelter without leaving the fresh air. What a great way to spend a week in San Diego.

Cindy was terrific to work with. This property is located right on the beach. If you plan to stay here, it is important to know that the property could use a great deal of TLC. But again, Cindy was very responsive and very easy to work with.

Great Place to Stay on the Beach

We had a very nice week at this location. If you like the idea of staying at one of the original beach cottages (many have been torn down and replaced with multi units) with a vintage feel, you will enjoy this location. The two outdoor spaces where both very nice. There are some things that need updating including the upstairs mattress and the shower drain is very slow to empty. All in all a great location.
