Beachy Bay Park Bungalow a Central Coastal San Diego

Benvenuto a San Diego. Questo bungalow unico è una piccola fetta di paradiso ed è una casa recentemente ristrutturata progettata appositamente per gli affittuari per le vacanze. Si trova in posizione centrale lungo la costa di San Diego ed è a pochi minuti dalla Città Vecchia, dal Sea World, dall'Università di San Diego, dal Ballast Point e dal Coronado Brewery Tasting Rooms, e dall'Oceano Pacifico non avrete a corto di cose da fare durante la vostra visita .

Lo spazio

La casa è composta da due camere da letto, una con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti matrimoniali. Entrambi hanno unità di aria condizionata che possono portare la stanza ad una temperatura confortevole. Inoltre, entrambe le camere sono dotate di finestre ariose con tapparelle che assicurano una camera oscura per una buona notte di sonno.

Molto confortevole, silenzioso, ambiente familiare. Pavimento in legno con confortevole camera familiare.

Ottima posizione a San Diego, 3. 5 miglia in bicicletta per Mission Beach lungo la pista ciclabile Mission Bay. 3. 5 miglia dal centro; Sea World 2 miglia (questo è il posto perfetto dove stare per una piccola famiglia in visita SD per un viaggio a Sea World); a La Jolla: 10 miglia; Balboa Park: 3. 5 miglia; 35 minuti per Legoland! Disneyland: 90 minuti / mi. la fermata del tram e il percorso è dall'altra parte della strada; 1/4 miglia da casa mia.

Strada tranquilla in un quartiere divertente che serve gli studenti di USD. Starbucks è vicino alla fermata del tram. Il golf è letteralmente dall'altra parte della strada insieme alla YMCA e proprio in fondo alla strada è Fashion Valley per lo shopping e la Città Vecchia per visite turistiche ... tutti raggiungibili a piedi.

Great shirt stay in San Diego to meet up with daughter. Our family was comfortable and could get around easily from this location. Our two dogs were comfortable as well. Not that we were there much as we were exploring the dog beaches. Lots of food and beaches to access. Jimmy was very responsive.

This house was perfect for our group of 4. It was off the beaten path, but within 15-20 minutes of all our activities. Including Marine boot camp graduation, the zoo, and beaches. Communication with owner was amazing. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Although we made the most of our stay. It would have been nice to know that there was no heat in the house, other than the space heater. And the fact that the pictures of the house shows to bathrooms. Was not happy with that, because my grandkids couldn’t be with us.

The house was on a quiet street and nicely furnished. Host’s instructions were clear and easy to follow. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Provided some good coffee. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Had a great week spending time with our son before his next deployment. Much better than living aboard ship! Very close to everything - would recommend.

The overall stay was very nice, there were 6 adults and a kid staying with us and it was enough room without being on top of each other. It says AC, just know that it's only in the bedrooms. It was a very hot weekend and the living room got quiet stuffy and hot most days, but there were fans available. Check-in and checkout was super easy and the owner responded quickly. Great location with plenty of parking for everyone. We weren't in the yard a lot but it was very nice, the house itself is very cute but could definitely use a little love. Overall, we had a very nice stay and appreciate the owner accommodating our group.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The managers were quick to respond with any communications and they had a lot of great suggestions for food in the community. The location was also very helpful in that we were close to everything and found our way around easily.

Beachy Bungalow is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which we and our dogs enjoyed. Appreciated amenities included: comfortable bed and sofa, coffee station (with creamers} and ample backyard. We especially enjoyed sitting under the umbrella, drinking coffee in the morning. Dedicated driveway parking was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time, great back yard for us and our dog, very clean and comfortable. Only issue is not wheelchair accessible to the bathroom, even a walker very hard to get thru door but was able to make it work. Very wonderful place would stay there again
