Questa spaziosa residenza è un meraviglioso rifugio per famiglie e gruppi in cerca di una vacanza all'insegna del divertimento sulla spiaggia nella soleggiata San Diego. Questa proprietà è situata in posizione centrale nella parte più eccezionale di San Diego. Esci dalla porta principale e sei a meno di un isolato dall'oceano o vai nella direzione opposta e in un isolato puoi immergere le dita dei piedi nella baia e nel paddle board. A pochi passi da Belmont Park e dai ristoranti!

La casa offre una cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, a tema beachy-chic, grandi TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e nella camera matrimoniale, lenzuola, asciugamani, forniture varie, sdraio, teli mare, ecc. la tua convenienza. RARO avere un garage per 2 auto e NON in tandem!

La casa a schiera offre una vista sull'oceano dalla cucina, un open space luminoso e luminoso, una cucina rinnovata con ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, moquette calda, nuove finestre con persiane a piantagione, un mobile bar, spaziosa suite principale con bagno annesso e balcone. Le camere da letto 2 e 3 hanno un bagno completo di dimensioni standard, una camera con un letto king size e l'altra con una regina. Un magnifico soggiorno e cucina di 3 ° piano offre molto spazio per la famiglia per rilassarsi e godersi le lunghe notti estive. Il divano in pelle L-Sectional si estrae per dormire ulteriormente. Esci sulla spiaggia dove puoi fare surf, nuotare, fare boogie board, prendere il sole o fare romantiche passeggiate lungo la riva. Cammina fino al vicino Belmont Park, che propone una varietà di giostre e le montagne russe di Big Dipper. Questo è vicino a diverse compagnie di noleggio di biciclette, boogie board, parapendio, jet ski e pesca sportiva. A pochi minuti dal Sea World, dallo zoo di San Diego e dal Balboa Park.

Close to the beach

My family and I stayed here, it was so beautiful and spacious. It had a great view from the kitchen and so close to the beach! The two car garage was so helpful with parking. Kitchen was fully stocked and had huge windows. Some minor things but overall perfect! Would absolutely love to come again!

Great location, short walk to beach and short drive to most attractions. Check-in seamless, good communication from host and property manager. House was clean and well equipped with adequate linens, kitchen supplies. Etc.

Great house and location near the beach!!

This was a golden goose of a property. It was a wonderful stay and accommodated our family vacation really well. Not only is the location just the best, it has parking!! The bed in room we stayed it was ridiculously comfortable. The house had all the necessary amenities and tons of beach equipment. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous beach house

We absolutely loved this place. There was plenty of space for a mom and 5 teenagers. The decor and furniture made it warm and comfortable. Great kitchen with gas stove and fully stocked. We were able to cook meals all week. The location was ideal, one house away from the beach, you can see the ocean from the kitchen table. A short walk to Belmont Park, and we loved eating at Kojack’s and the gelato place. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location

We loved the proximity to the beach, yet quieter ambiance. Furnishings, supplies and beach gadgets were all enough for family of 8. We loved the garage and parking flexibility. The only minus is non existing balcony but we knew that when we booked. The place would be extra amazing if there would be a roof top. All in all we had a great stay. Thank you!

Best Location in Mission Beach

All about location. Steps from the beach, a block from shops and restaurants, perfect. Place was clean and as listed. Check-in was easy. Garage is amazing to have but tight. Two mid-size SUV's fit, but anything larger would be tricky. Street parking can be far from unit. No AC other than floor unit in living area. The weather was perfect and we did not miss it, but be aware. Large ceiling fans are in each bedroom, and you get the ocean breeze on the west side bedrooms. Communication with management was quick and helpful. Wish balcony was larger to be able to sit out on with family, but now just nit-picking. 10/10 would stay again.

Christmas gift

My husband & I gifted our 2 kid’s & granddaughter with a trip to San Diego for Christmas. They both had items on their bucket lists that we worked on. The location was perfect for us. Once we parked after visiting the zoo or other attractions we walked to places to eat & the beach. Belmont Park was an added plus on Friday night. The condo was very clean & had every thing that we needed to be comfortable. I never needed to call the owners because everything was communicated before I arrived & I never needed anything from him. I would consider that a successful trip. Thank you very much for sharing your adorable piece of sunshine. We will be coming back.

Pro's: - 30 secs from Mission Beach and boardwalk as well as Belmont Park entertainment - Easy to walk to lots of local restaurants - Smart TVs in 2 bedrooms was very convenient - Lots of living space in upstairs - Bar fridge was nice, would have been utilized more without kiddos - Check-in info was a breeze - Communication with owners was easy - Check-out expectations were very reasonable with $225 cleaning fee, "just take out trash and maids will do the rest" - Keypad lock made it super easy to keep everything secure for in and out - Available washer and dryer was great - Garage parking was great - Big kitchen for when we ate in - Exterior light was helpful for early AM and evenings Con's: - Floors, bathrooms, and showers could have been cleaner (easy fix) - Entrance/exit is right on alleyway, and lots of late-night passers by (not much they can do about that).

Wonderful home for family and children

We rented this home for our family during the holidays. It was a great location and you could literally see the beach from the window. It was also stocked with most of our family’s needs ranging from both the kitchen to the bathroom supplies. Our vehicle was too big for the garage; however, we were able to park just outside of the garage inside of the red line. Totally clutch given parking is difficult/expensive in the area. The only rub would be the issues with the electricity in one of the rooms as well as the broken dryer. We packed with the intention to wash our clothes and weren’t able to do so at the property. Daniel, however, was super apologetic and offered to remedy the issue by taking our laundry for drying. He was also really accessible and responsive to the electrical issue. I would recommend and personallystay here again because it really was a comfortable place that is set in an amazing location.

Would absolutely stay again!

The fact we could open the kitchen window and hear the waves breaking was incredible! And even with that, being that close to the beach, there wasn't that much more noise. The house was comfortable and well maintained. There were 6 of us and we had enough room at the end of the day to decompress and spend time to ourselves but still be close enough to be together on vacation. The kitchen is very well stocked and had more than enough supplies and cooking utensils. The linens were clean. I am keeping this house saved for next time as well. Within walking distance of the beach while still feeling separate from the major crowds. Also within a very short drive to the big attractions and the airport.

Seen something different

The property was in a great location to the beach and Belmont park. The garage was also a plus. Furniture can be updated and another air cooler for the bedroom with the master bed could have been super helpful. I kid you not, I literally seen a half empty can of soda move by itself an entire foot on the counter top in the kitchen. My older son told my younger son about it the next day and witnessed another can that was full move as well. For the price and location of the rental I couldn't beat it, but for what I seen and lack of A/C in the room with the king bed, I will not be returning
