Spectacular 3 bedroom/2 bath mid-century modern beach home seconds from perfect beaches, Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. Located on one of the most beautiful streets in MB. Spacious sun-drenched patio with comfortable seating, table and gas BBQ, perfect for vibing>relaxing>dining. Nice, open, fully stocked kitchen. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. 4 parking spots - extremely rare at the beach! Centrally located, walk to the world-famous Belmont Park Amusement Center, restaurants, cafes and shopping.
Living Arrangements: - Your home features a patio with a gas BBQ and ample seating. - Large 8-person dining table (just added, not pictured.) - A well appointed kitchen with new appliances. - A comfortable living room with large flat screen TV. - A dining space with table and breakfast bar.- - Like most properties at the beach, this property has no AC. Open the windows, and the cool ocean breezes flow into the property. - You can sleep 8 people comfortably and have plenty of living space to relax, eat, connect with one another and have an epic experience.

Bathroom Arrangements: - 1 full bathroom upstairs with tub/shower combo, separate shower, & 2 sinks - 1 full bathroom downstairs with shower
Kitchen Arrangements: - Open kitchen featuring new quartzite countertops and stainless steel appliances, conveniently connected to main living & dining areas. - If you love to cook and bake like we do, you`ll find everything you need and plenty of counter space.
Parking Arrangements: - Your home includes space for 3 vehicles. - One space is in the garage attached to the home. - 2 cars can be parked in the carport between the garage and the alley behind the house.
Property Access: - Key-less Entry: We have a key-less entry system so that you will never have to pick up or keep track of keys. - We send welcome info 24 hours prior to your arrival containing all door codes.
Toys and Entertainment: - Main living area has brand new large HD flat screen Smart TV. - Beach toys, body boards, umbrella and beach chairs provided.
If you are looking for a beautiful, well-maintained, fully-stocked home that is seconds to the most beautiful beach, bay and ocean in the world, this is the place! HOUSE RULES: **Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host without refund.** 1. No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 8 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 2. No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation. 3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 4. Must be 25 years and older to book. 5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied. 6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time. 7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind. 8. No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee. 9. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances. 10. All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS) 11. Additional rules may be posted at the property or provided in materials/information at the property.
Rental Agreement Please read and sign the agreement below Guest and Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).
THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guests shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 80 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 80 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.
OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of number of guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU) Guests, excluding Airbnb reservations, agree that a $500 Pre-Authorization will be held on Guest’s provided credit card to be used as a security deposit. By signing this Agreement, Guest authorizes Host to charge the credit card provided as needed to cover any costs incurred under this Agreement. Again, this DOES NOT apply to Airbnb guests. Credit Card Processing Fees & Cancellations (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU): All reservations are subject to a non-refundable credit card processing fee. If a reservation is canceled within the refund-eligible period, the refund will be issued minus the credit card processing fee, which is equal to 8% of the total reservation amount. These fees are non-refundable as they are charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered. By booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises, in whole or in part, or to otherwise assign, transfer, or convey any rights under this Agreement to any third party. Guest shall not list or advertise the Premises on any platform or service, nor accept any compensation from any third party in connection with occupancy of or access to the Premises. Any unauthorized subletting or transfer of occupancy rights shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement, entitling Host to immediately terminate this Agreement without refund and to pursue any other remedies available at law or in equity. NO TENANCY; VACATION AND HOLDOVER. Guest expressly acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement creates a limited license to occupy the Premises for the Occupancy Term only, and does not create a tenancy, leasehold interest, or any other possessory right in the Premises under California law or any other applicable law. Guest is a transient occupant and licensee only. No landlord-tenant relationship is created by this Agreement, and Guest shall not be entitled to any of the rights, protections, or procedural requirements afforded to tenants or lessees under California law, including without limitation any notice requirements under the California Civil Code or Code of Civil Procedure. Guest shall vacate the Premises no later than the checkout time on the final date of the Occupancy Term. Time is of the essence with respect to this obligation. Guest waives any and all rights to process, notice, or judicial proceeding as a condition of removal upon expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, any continued occupancy by Guest shall be deemed a trespass, and Host shall be entitled to pursue all available remedies, including immediate removal of Guest and Guest`s belongings from the Premises without further notice. In the event Guest fails to vacate the Premises by the required checkout time, Guest shall be liable for a holdover fee equal to three (3) times the average nightly rate of the reservation (calculated by dividing the total reservation amount by the number of nights booked), for each calendar day or partial day of holdover occupancy. This holdover fee is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other fees, damages, or remedies available to Host under this Agreement or applicable law. Guest acknowledges that this fee is a reasonable estimate of the damages Host will incur as a result of a holdover, including lost bookings, reputational harm, and administrative costs, and does not constitute a penalty.

The house was great for our family. We had seven family members ages 10-81. The downstairs was perfect for family card games and meals. We enjoyed coffee outside on the patio. The location was so so convenient for walking to delicious restaurants, the park and boardwalk.

Weekend Sports Trip
Great location, clean and very comfortable! So close to beach but nice that not right on boardwalk. Had everything we needed for a fun weekend watching our kids play college sports. Highly recommend!

Excellent beach trip
A group of my friends and I stayed in this VRBO over the weekend. the location was absolutely perfect, just off the beach and close to the boardwalk. We felt safe at all times. I hadn't noticed no air conditioning listed, but good air movement through the house with the windows open. Very communicative and helpful host, will definitely recommend and hope to stay in another one of their properties soon

very nice place to stay. The owners require a damage deposit on top of the VRBO fees. The deposit was charged at booking ( 1 month prior) and refunded 2 weeks after the visit. Thats a long time to hold my money.

Amazing house with parking!
We absolutely loved this house! Clean, comfortable beds and such a great layout. One thing I didn't consider was how difficult parking in this area is and they have 3 parking spots, which is such a perk in this neighborhood!
My only issue is that I haven't received my rental deposit back. The management company does a lot of talking but still no return.

We enjoyed our stay , the only problem was the blinds in the living room facing the patio were broken. We were able to partially open them but our view was obstructed. We called Magical Mission Beach and they were very responsive and were aware the blinds were broken and were waiting for replacements. It's not a deal breaker but it would have been nice if they had been fixed before our arrival. Otherwise a great location in a quiet neighborhood. It was nice to be able to walk everywhere and having the ocean and bay so accessible.

The house is decent but a different layout than expected. All bedrooms are upstairs with one bathroom and then the other bathroom is downstairs. The home was clean, the use of a washer and dryer was awesome, and the use of boogey boards was very fun for my kids. The biggest frustration ( which sounds super silly) was not receiving enough toilet paper) we stayed from Monday to Friday and were given 4 rolls of extra toilet paper. We had 7 people and 4 were women. I contacted the hosts and they said they only give a starter set of toilet paper and coffee. I have NEVER heard of such a thing. We flew into California.We paid extra to be by the beach. I understand needing to by food etc but in my opinion the rental should come with enough toilet paper and coffee. We had neither. I didn’t want to buy too much because I had to fly home. We have stayed in a few different rentals and basic needs are always met. It was a major inconvenience to have to go shopping after already going shopping to buy toilet paper and coffee. The coffee had to be pricier K cups because that was the coffee maker on site. The other issue was that the bathroom has one outlet that doesn’t work. If you needed to blow dry or curl your hair you’d have to do it in a bedroom. There were mirrors but I was worried about hurting furniture or carpet. If I had to choose, I’d go somewhere else that provided my basic needs.
