Three of my colleagues and I stayed here for an academic conference at the convention center. The location is pretty convenient, although our female colleague and one of the guys didn't feel comfortable walking to the trolley station alone due to unhoused camps near the station. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the property. We arrived late and well after dark, but we could still see stains all over the couch and area rug. In the morning with the sunlight we found dried chunks of vomit under the coffee table and makeup on the pillow cases. We reached out to the property manager about the vomit and basically got "wow thats crazy" in response, but nothing else...not even an offer to clean it for the rest of our 5 day stay.
