Unwind in San Diego at this charming house. This terrific property features 1 bedroom with a cozy living room and Fire Place. that includes a futon for extra guests. Enjoy amenities like a full kitchen ,hair dryer, washing machine, heating, WiFi, and an iron. Experience what San Diego has to offer with a stay at our lovely house, close to all of San Diego's attractions. Ocean Beach is a vibrant community and is under San Diego airport flight path the airport is closed for 11pm-6:30 am.There is a restaurant next to house, and one wall boarders it .it closes at 9pm, and rarely guest may stay a little while after that. There is a reserved parking spot.

Very friendly and helpful host. Rental in walking distance from the ocean. Parking for rental is easy to access. Rental includes all necessities such as towels, dishes, washer and dryer, appliances, and beds. I plan on staying in this rental again.

Me and a couple girl friends visited San Diego during the weekend and we felt super safe here during our stay. Peter is super nice and showed us around when we got there. He owns the restaurant next door and you can slightly hear it at night but there’s a fan right by the bed and you can’t even hear anything when it’s on. The location is AMAZING. It was max an 20 min drive from everywhere we wanted to visit and we loved our whole trip!

We had a nice stay, location is great close to everything.Peter met us and filled us in on the place. His restaurant next door is wonderful, very good and large portions.Best German food I have had outside of Germany I highly reccommend it, you won't be sorry. I would definitely return here to stay when in San Diego.

Peter the host was great. We had a last minute change that he accommodated without issue. I didnt see his request for an ETA and we arrived right in the middle of the dinner rush (at least my guess based on the time). Peter was thorough and gave us our space. Enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The location was excellent, as was the communication with the host. Peter was very welcoming and accommodating. The space itself was well stocked with everything I needed, and the bed was adjustable — so comfortable!

We took a few days off for R&R. Found Peter’s cottage in Ocean Beach and decided to jet away from the desert. Peter is an exceptionally welcoming host. his cottage is classic beach home with all the amenities & furnishings. Close to the beach, within walking distance to shops, restaurants & watering holes. The cherry on top, the German restaurant next door. We truly enjoyed a magnificent dinner, outstanding service and a very short walk back home. If we could we’ll give it 10 stars. We will return for certain.

This place was perfect! The parking was very nice for when we needed to leave the area. We were a short walk from everything in Ocean Beach which was also a win. The German restaurant next door was a bonus with a good selection of beer. I would agree with a previous review the pictures don’t do justice to this place. It is a very nice and homey place. Peter was a great host, answered any needed questions.

Peter was a great host! Very accommodating and the house was lovely! He even stocked the fridge with a few drinks for us. Anytime we contacted him he responded right away. I will be booking this place again when we come back for sure! There is a cute coffee place just outside, amazing sandwich shop next door, and only a few minutes walk to the shops and beach.

Business Trip

My daughter had a wrestling tournament that brought us to San Diego, which landed us in this cozy VRBO. There was plenty of room for a full family, very clean and accommodating. Host was very easy to communicate with, available for anything that should arise and very hospitable. This location is central to all sorts of activity as well as near the beach. Also very conveniently has a restaurant next door as well as deli and liquor store on opposite side.
