La casa è arredata con pavimenti in legno e piastrelle, compresa l'aria centrale. Il delizioso patio anteriore è dotato di barbecue a gas naturale e firepit per infinite ore di intrattenimento all'aperto.

All'interno della casa-letto / bagno:
Aria condizionata centralizzata / riscaldamento ad aria forzata (raramente necessario) e ventilatori a soffitto offrono comfort sia in estate che in inverno. La camera da letto principale è luminosa e ariosa (con soffitti rialzati), ha un letto queen-size Posturepedic Sealy, un divano-letto estraibile, un bagno padronale privato e una cabina armadio. La seconda camera da letto ha un altro letto Queen Sealy Posturepedic, due letti a castello e un sacco di armadio e cassettiera. Vengono forniti lenzuola, asciugamani, teli mare e articoli da toeletta essenziali.

All'interno della casa-soggiorno / sala da pranzo e cucina:
Il soggiorno è accogliente e luminoso con una grande libreria integrata che contiene molti libri, giochi, stereo e una TV a schermo piatto Roku con lettori DVD e videoregistratore. C'è una linea completa di cavi. Le aree da pranzo sia all'interno che all'esterno offrono la perfetta esperienza culinaria durante tutto l'anno. La cucina ha tutti gli elettrodomestici e le attrezzature di cui avrete bisogno, tra cui: un frigorifero side-by-side con acqua filtrata / fabbricatore di ghiaccio, lavastoviglie, compattatore di rifiuti, cucina / forno con cappa e forno a microonde. Altri elettrodomestici più piccoli includono una caffettiera, un frullatore, una pentola di terracotta, una cuociriso / un vapore per verdure e un tostapane. Pentole, piatti, bicchieri, posate, ecc. Sono tutti a portata di mano nella cucina completamente attrezzata.

Fuori dalla casa:
L'area del portico è completamente circondata da pareti di 3 piedi, recinzioni, cemento colorato, pozzo del gas naturale, barbecue e mobili da pranzo all'aperto con ombrellone per 6. 'Giocattoli' da spiaggia, sedie a sdraio / ombrellone, boogie board e biciclette per adulti e bambini (non dimenticare di portare i loro caschi) sono disponibili e tutto incluso. Sul retro c'è un garage per auto e un parcheggio custodito dietro un cancello, entrambi accessibili dal vicolo. C'è anche una doccia esterna privata nel patio posteriore con acqua calda per il risciacquo (e la doccia) di sabbia e acqua salata per quei giorni in spiaggia.

My family and I have rented this house a few times now and every time we always enjoy it. Perfect for a family. Walking distance to the beach, food, coffee, etc. We really enjoy staying at Dawn’s place. We will be back again!

Family beach trip!

Great house! Has everything you need for a beach vacation except the food and clothes! Great location! Market, pizza and Mexican food 2 minute walk away! House very clean! Would stay again!

Great spot!

Dawn’s space was great for our family of four (myself, my wife, and our 2 year old and 2 month old). The space felt homey and was well equipped for a stay with kids with books, a pack and play, and other essentials. Space was clean and we loved being a few steps from Mission Bay.

Coastal Comfort with a Touch of Home

Our 6-day stay at the beach house was delightful. The location couldn't be better, nestled in a friendly neighborhood where everything was within walking distance. Morning walks along the coastline, coffee in hand, were a daily ritual we cherished. The house itself felt like a home away from home, beautifully accommodating and particularly kid-friendly. We relished the time spent cooking and dining with family in the cozy, welcoming space. It was a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making our beach getaway memorable. However, we did encounter some issues: the dryer and dishwasher weren’t clean upon arrival, requiring a thorough cleaning before use. Also, the WiFi reception was disappointingly weak in the master bedroom. Despite these minor issues, our beach getaway was memorable and largely enjoyable.

Fantastic beach house

The house is clean and comfortable, and it has a great location close to the beach. There are a few casual restaurants, a coffee shop, and a tiny convenience store within easy walking distance. Beach towels, beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, and bikes are thoughtfully provided -- all we needed were our suitcases and some groceries. We enjoyed grilling and eating our meals on the patio, and the washer, dryer, and outdoor shower were really convenient, particularly with kids. Parking in the garage was a little tight in our midsize SUV, but it was manageable. We had a wonderful time and hope to return one day! Thank you!

Fathers Day Weekend

Great location to beaches on the ocean and on the bay. Grocery, restaurants, and bars are a block away. Great amenities bikes, kayaks, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Very clean and very comfortable.

Perfect location

We were extremely happy with our stay here. Excellent location (beach access, food around the corner, close to SeaWorld, etc) and all of the extras that come with the house were a lifesaver (beach toys, bikes, etc.) We will definitively be coming again.

Excellent house for families in a great neighborhood

We had a lovely stay at this property with our 18 month old child. Location truly could not be beat. Just a few houses off the quiet Mission Bay beach that we could access by a pedestrian only sidewalk, PLUS an easy 2 block walk to the more active Mission Beach. The house was very well appointed, with toys and games and books for all ages and a better stocked kitchen than we have at home! There was a pack n play, bed rails, 2 types of high chairs, and kid friendly dishes too. Plus lots of beach toys and items. There were plenty of take out and sit down restaurants within walking distance and a small market just around the corner, and it was an easy drive to more commercial areas (we also used instacart with good success for our groceries and diapers). Fair warning, the parking situation as listed in the property description is definitely accurate. The garage and patio parking are off a very narrow alley. Our car rental place gave us a mid-size SUV instead of the compact SUV we requested. Getting in and out was tough but doable with the mid-size SUV when the alley was clear. But if there were cars/trucks parked in the alley (which was about 1/2 the time), then it was VERY difficult. Would definitely recommend a smaller car with a good turning radius and back up camera. Overall, would highly recommend this property, especially for families. We had a great time and would definitely stay again next time we come to San Diego.

Perfect place for our trip

The house was great. We have a two year old and not only were there plenty of things in the house for him there were plenty of sleeping options. The location was great, situated between the beach and the bay. There was a great coffee shop nearby as well as Mexican food. Ten minute walk to Belmont Park and easy to drive to nearby neighborhoods and attractions. The outdoor grill area was a nice touch. Definitely going to come back again.

Perfect January Getaway

Such a cute beach house, fully equipped, perfect location--Mission Bay just steps away, the Pacific just across Mission Blvd. We didn't rent a car, just took Lyft from/to the airport (and to Balboa Park) and walked to nearby eatery destinations. Dawn answered any and all questions. So glad we got to meet her!

A great weekend

We had a great weekend here and agree this is the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed at many). The beach toys were an added plus and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Owner was quick to respond to questions and the nice touch of fresh flowers and fruit were a thoughtful add on.

Lovely cottage between the bay and beach. Wonderful location for beaching Great front patio with tables, umbrellas, and fire pit . Home is nicely furnished and equipped. Loved our stay !

Delightful beach stay

The house is close to the beach, bay, highway as well as local shops and quick food options. The owner also has a variety of bikes and kayaks. The front porch is a great place to relax before or after the day. The shower in the back is great perk to rinse off after a day at the beach. Note that the garage is enclosed and that larger cars are difficult to maneuver in the alleyway to the garage as well as driving it into the tight space. Additionally the trunk door of our rental car couldn’t open in this space. That said, the gated entry from the alley is no longer than the garage, but might be easier to fit a larger car like our rental, an Audi Quattro 7. Fantastic communication with the host! One of the best stocked kitchens we have stayed.

Best home away from home

We had the best time! Everything you can think of was provided by the owner. Dawn is so responsive and really cares that you have a great stay! I have stayed many places and Dawn made this one our favorite! They really out did themselves with this vacation HOME as it’s so much more than a rental! Short walk to everything! We will defiantly be back!

Family trip to SD

We had a wonderful experience staying at this beach house! It was well equipped and stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The house is clean, comfortable and in good working order. We didn’t run into any issues with the house during our stay. The location is great, a quick walk to the beach or bay. Shopping and restaurants/food is within walking distance. Dawn is very responsive and helpful, questions are answered promptly and house rules are clearly communicated. I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!!

We came to San Diego to attend my nephews graduation from SDSU and this property was perfect!

The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location, everything was in walking distance! We had a wonderful time! Neighbors were very friendly and host was great in communicating! I totally recommend this house for your next VRBO rental!
