Villa Blanca è un complesso di appartamenti per vacanze di sei unità splendidamente restaurato in un giardino sicuro, tranquillo, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal lungomare. Tutti gli appartamenti prendono il nome da spiagge di fama mondiale. Il nostro appartamento "Avalon" è luminoso e soleggiato con spettacolari viste sull'oceano di acqua bianca. Puoi sentire le onde e annusare il surf! Ristrutturato di recente con elettrodomestici, mobili e pavimenti in legno nuovi di zecca ... questo spazioso appartamento con due camere da letto, al secondo piano, è affascinante con mobili decoratori luminosi e tocchi eleganti sulla spiaggia. La grande cucina è completamente attrezzata per preparare un pasto gourmet o semplicemente preparare un pranzo al sacco per la spiaggia. I motivi dell'edificio contengono un'area barbecue e una doccia esterna con giochi da spiaggia e boogie board. Questo elegante quartiere adatto alle famiglie è a un minuto a piedi da ogni cucina di ristorante che puoi immaginare, oltre a negozi, negozi di alimentari, bar e tutte le attività del lungomare. L'accesso all'autostrada per tutte le attrazioni di San Diego è nelle vicinanze.

Super Location very clean very good facilities

Super one minute to the beach. 20 minutes to seaworld and old town. Be carefully when parking, tickets for wrong parking start at 50$ and they check.

Not good

We were surprised to find the living room couch did not in fact turn into a bed (it was broken) so my nieces ended up sharing a room which was not what we planned. No locks on most of the windows- do not leave ur personal belongings in here while you go to the beach. The owner came by and said she’d address the issues and I never heard from her again. Left a backpack there and kindly asked for its return, got it more than a month later with rotting food falling out of the pack, had to destroy it from all the black mold (a brand new pack I told her I left and explained how expensive of a pack it was). Just a terrible experience, no accountability from the owner. Asked to have some $$ refunded since we lost use of a promised double bed (the broken sofa bed) and the window lock issue (I was afraid to leave anything valuable in the property) plus it was 85degrees inside which is not comfortable with no fans. Save ur money, get a hotel where they will fix this stuff instead of shrugging and ignoring ur pleas for help. This was a real safety issue and this lady didn’t care.

Great apartment for small family! Does not have porch with view! Can see a bit of Ocean from family room & master bedroom! Needs fans! No AC! Garage door needs fixing!Great location beach & restaurants close by easy walking!

Nice location but needs some love

This property is close to everything. Beach, stores, grocery store, restaurants ... but the place needs a little (a lot) of love and a very (very) good cleaning. Everything was there, but old and not always fully functional. There are 2 microwaves. One works, the other doesn't. The dishwasher is not attached and almost fell out every time we opened it. The stove top was not attached either. Be careful if you use it. The refrigerator bulb didn't work. The pillows are of poor quality. The couch smelled like wet dog. Celling fans are too noisy (and shaky) to be used at night. The windows need to be replaced. They are not solid. The outdoor common areas need a good cleaning and painting. Small details, but they make all the difference between a 4-star and a 3-star property. Note : there is no A/C.

Great Location near Pacific Beach

The condo was clean. No AC but breeze with windows open was comfortable. Walk the walkway along Pacific Beach was close by. Enjoyed lovely San Diego!

Pros: - Great location - Clean - Beach Toys/Chairs/Towels Provided - Super Responsive Property Manager Cons: - Our rental minivan did not fit in the garage and we purposely chose this property because it came with off-street parking. We had to try and find street parking for our entire stay. The garage will probably fit a small sedan but definitely not a minivan or SUV. I feel like they should be more transparent about the size of the garage in the posting, especially since it is the two-bedroom rentals that have access to the garages and therefore more people and likely a larger car. - The double sofa bed was more like a futon, not a sofa (it was not what is pictured), and it was broken upon arrival. The property manager responded quickly when I told her about it but there wasn't anything offered besides an air mattress with a hand pump. Given that two of my kids had to sleep on a broken and unstable futon instead of a sofa bed, as pictured and advertised, it would have been nice to at least receive some type of discount.

Ideal Location for a Beach Vacation

This property was clean and comfortable for a family of five. Best of all, it's about a 3 minute walk to a very nice beach, which made spending plenty of time relaxing by the ocean so easy, especially with younger children. We would definitely stay again.

Convenient and quiet

Close to everything and had enough room for our family of 4. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, garage, and having my kids in their own beds. Lots of restaurants were just down the block. Overall worth it for a long weekend trip. The only snag we hit at check-in was the gate from the garage code wasn't given on our instructions, luckily it matched our front door code so we didn't have to send someone on a jog around. Also walking instructions to find the property were given from the front not the garage so we had to orient ourselves in the dark. The property is dated and kind of felt like staying with Grandma but with a bigger TV and new couch. Pillows that deflate to flat, not the most comfortable bed, and doors that stick due to years of painting. That being said it worked, was in a great location, and I'd stay here again. The kitchen had needs a good cleaning, bigger coffee mugs, and a baking sheet. The oven's seen better days but it worked. The dishwasher had an error code on it so we didn't even try. It was so nice to not worry about parking and just pull into the garage. We had a Nissan Altima that just barely fit if everyone on the passenger side got out before pulling in. Anything wider than that or my h longer wouldnt fit. It was worth it to have guaranteed parking. There's no light in there so be prepared.
