We have 2-3 spots in driveway and additional parking on street in front of home. Garage is not available for parking.

As a guest, you will have access to the entire property, including the private backyard & pool and 2 driveway parking spots.

We live in town and are always available by messaging on the app for your needs. We respect your privacy and visit the property only if you request us to for your needs. ☀ Kid-friendly: We do not have any baby gear on site. All of our baby gear amenities such as Pack N Plays and high chairs are provided via a rental service. We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you'd need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!

☀ Garage cannot be used for parking.


☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor in the garage above the door. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.


☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.


☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.


☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host.**

1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 12 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.
3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
4) Must be 25 years and older to book.
5) No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
10) Use driveway parking and refrain from street parking in front of the home when possible.
11) All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)

Everyone loved the place. There was plenty of room for our large group and plenty of kitchenware for everyone. It was an excellent place to stay - spotless and well-maintained, and we will book another stay again.
