Didn’t appear as though anyone had been in the place for a while. Cobwebs and a huge spider in the kitchen. Plug in air fresheners in all the rooms made a flowery smell overwhelming. The air conditioners worked, but made odd sounds often throughout the night. Location was great. Parking was great. Ample space. It was sufficient to our needs.

Perfect location!

Perfect location with a short walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Home was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Family

We came to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. She attends Mesa JC and we wanted to stay somewhere in PB. This place is conveniently located in PB. Close to Breakfast Republic and other shops within a 10 minute walk. We like to run so this was perfect to run to the beach. Definitely would stay here again!

Comfortable Quiet location

Enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Walking distance to beach and lots of restaurants/coffee shops. Located in a very quiet neighborhood about 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Well stocked with utensils, wifi was adequate, beds comfortable. Very little communication with property managers but since we didn't have any issues that was ok. Would stay here again.

Responsive host. Great location

Simple two bed two bath apartment in multiplex. A good launchpad for visiting the area. Easy walk to the beach. Tons of restaurants to choose from within very short walk. Place was as advertised. Simple and clean. Remarkably quiet. Host very responsive as I had a question checking in. Good value for anyone for whom the place is someplace to begin and end each day.

Perfect Location

The stay was as accurate as it lists on the the description. Communication was super easy with the hosts, and even provided their direct line in case they didn't respond quick enough through the VRBO messaging. Never had the need to contact them during our stay though. This place has EVERYTHING. It's super close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the free parking was perfect. The beds were SO comfortable. We stayed there for a whole 7 days. The price and location were just perfect for us. Will stay there again.

Great location in PB

This property is a great location in Pacific Beach only a few blocks from the pier and one block from Grand/Garnet streets. It was easy to get in and out of this location and was very clean. The only things that would have made it better would be beach supplies and a toaster. Lastly, I sent the owner a couple messages with no response.

Absolutely Perfect

This location was absolutely perfect, secure and safe walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream, anything we needed was only minutes away. The home was welcoming, clean and very comfortable. Our host was warm and very helpful. Me, my husband and 2 teenage children loved it. We will be going back very soon. We enjoyed our stay very much it was very hard to leave this place.

Happy stay

We came for my son’s wedding we didn’t get to spend a lot of time other than to sleep but we did walk to beach with my 70 year old mom and ate by the beach. Quiet at the house and you could hear and swim see sea world fireworks.

Schöne Unterkunft, nur nah zum Meer, sonst weit weg

Die Unterkunft war sauber und soweit alles vorhanden. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter schnell und unkompliziert. Einzig Nervige ist der Feuermelder im Wohnzimmer, der beim geringsten Dunst aus der offenen Küche regelmäßig anschlug und uns extrem erschreckte, hier muss nachgebessert werden. Wer gerne zum Strand möchte ist diese Unterkunft ideal - nur 3 Blocks weg vo der Partyzone. Wer gerne Old Town, Gaslamp und little Italy kennenlernen möchte muss mit dem Auto fahren oder einen Park&Ride Parkplartz aufsuchen.

Perfect condo perfect beach location

Very nice set up in the house. Comfortable for 4 definitely. Easy quick walk to the beach. The town is definitely a younger vibe lots of bars and party atmosphere. It was clean, quiet, safe neighborhood. We didn’t communicate a lot with owners, but when we did they were quick to reply and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Wish i could move in! 😂

I'd come back!

Great location close to beach and stores. Did not give 5 star overall because ensuite did not have body wash or shampoo. Ended up having to walk down to CVS to purchase.

Good for small family

Place was good for my family of 3 who stayed on the go for much of our trip, but needed a clean place to rest our heads at night. Bed was comfy. Towels were fluffy - just wish we had a washcloths. Great to have washing machine and dryer. Appreciated the outside seating area. Didn’t really want to be inside too much since there was limited sunshine and no good views. Was able to walk to multiple eating spots and the beach.

Close to beach and restaurants

This property is very clean and well-supplied for a week's stay. The washer/dryer in the unit came in handy. We enjoyed the short walk to the ocean and local restaurants. The kitchen was excellent for those evenings when we wanted to stay in and take a break from it all. The property is tucked in very closely with neighboring buildings.
