Benvenuti in "Good Times & Tan Lines". Questo è un elenco NUOVO, abbiamo iniziato ad aprile 2018. Amiamo la nostra casa SD e siamo così entusiasti di essere in grado di renderlo una vacanza perfetta. Nuova vernice, moquette e arredamento nuovo di zecca tutto in marzo 2018. Questa casa con 4 camere da letto è adatta per famiglie o coppie. E 'vicino a tutto a San Diego - ma non c'è bisogno di andarsene, come si può godere la piscina nel cortile sul retro o le numerose opzioni di ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze.

Questa spaziosa casa con 4 camere da letto occupa una posizione centrale in un tranquillo quartiere di Clairemont. Questa casa è confortevole, pulita e ha così tante caratteristiche fantastiche - è assolutamente da visitare! La grande camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e una vista sulla piscina. Ha anche due grandi armadi e un bagno privato aggiornato con doppi lavandini e doccia naturale di roccia. Dall'altro lato della casa, separati dal soggiorno, dalla camera familiare e dalla cucina, troverete le altre 3 camere da letto e il bagno in comune. Camera 2 ha un letto matrimoniale, camera 3 ha un letto a castello con una dimensione completa sul fondo e due in cima e camera da letto 4 ha un letto matrimoniale. C'è anche un letto queen size nel soggiorno. Questa casa dispone di pavimenti in legno, granito, elettrodomestici aggiornati e una cucina completamente attrezzata con macchina da caffè, lavastoviglie, 2 frigoriferi e molta luce naturale. E 'completamente fornito di piatti, utensili, piccoli elettrodomestici, articoli da bar, ecc. Se avete intenzione di cucinare o cuocere durante il vostro soggiorno, questa cucina non vi deluderà. ★ Altri vantaggi ★ lavatrice / asciugatrice, tonnellate di stoccaggio, un sacco di parcheggio, vicino alle autostrade, centri commerciali, e solo 6 miglia dalla spiaggia. We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room and stocked with all of the essentials needed, and included snacks and drinks for when we arrived. There were all kinds of games and puzzles which the kids enjoyed. Steven was always easily accessible if I had a question. The location is fairly central to all of San Diego’s highlights.

The house was spacious and not far from eating places as well as the major sights we wanted to see. The owner was very easy to communicate with. It was cold while we were there so we did not use the pool or hot tub. Kitchen was well-equipped and bed linens were nice. The beds were comfy, too. Heating units in each room kept us warm.

Everything was wonderful! Lots of space and little things that made this feel like home during our stay. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were especially nice after long days sightseeing!!!

This host was responsive but asked us to sign a separate contract to rent his rental. The pictures make the house look bigger. There is a hall to the back 3 bedrooms that is obstructed by a furnace that we couldn’t get a wheelchair through. The backyard is nice but again, the pictures make it look much bigger. This house is in a neighborhood. It seemed safe. We took the kids trick-or-treating and it turned out wonderful! The neighborhood was kid friendly and decorated during Halloween. There was no shampoo in the main bathroom and the liquid soap pump didn’t work, but it was wheelchair accessible. There is a washer and dryer, but buy some detergent if you want to wash something. There is no keurig, but there was a coffee pot brewer. It wasn’t what we were expecting but we made it work and the host was nice enough. I had never had to sign an additional and separate contract with a VRBO host. I give this house a 3 star but probably should bump it up to 4 star since I’m probably just still a little upset with some of the expectations I had.

The home was ready for our family of 10. Communication with the owner was the best I’ve ever had with a property owner. Bonus that the pool was salt water! We had our two year old grandson and they had the perfect train and tracks for him. What kid doesn’t like a new toy?! Absolutely a 10!

Great location to all the fabulous and fun things to do in San Diego. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kids. Nice big table so we could eat together as a family. And spaces big enough to enjoy movies, the pool and hot tub without feeling like we were on top of each other. Kitchen had everything we needed - and more! We appreciated the washer/dryer, too.

We had a fantastic time at this awesome home! I was traveling for work and brought my husband, almost 2 year old, and the 3 grandparents along. The pool was beautiful, though the weather sadly was not warm enough for us to use it, but the hot tub was a hit! Also, all the courtesy items, from cold drinks ready in the fridge and snacks, to beach chairs and towels, along with toys for the kids (both for home and the beach) were so incredibly helpful! Steve was very accessible for our questions and helped clarify anything we needed. The provided guidebook with tips and tricks was terrific too! We don't get to travel much as a family with our jobs, but this was a memorable trip and we will definitely stay again in the future when we make it back!
The aquarium is a must if you have kids into nature!
The Mini Donut Company was a hit for us!
Pacific Beach, one of the places recommended by our host!

We were an extended family of six visiting the area for a family wedding. This home was perfect for our needs. With 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, washer & dryer, we had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Every night we enjoyed the covered patio and pool. The house is conveniently located to all attractions in the San Diego area and an easy day trip to Disneyland.

Great property with fabulous amenities, the pool and hot tub was fabulous, with the indoor space generous and very comfortable. The Air Conditioning was particularly appreciated as it was hot and this kept the key areas lovely and cool. Ideal for a family of mixed ages, with lots to do and in a good location, easily able to get Downtown in about 15-20 mins... Would love to come back.

Absolutely wonderful home with a fantastic pool setting!! Our kids and grandkids spent so much fun time in this pool and we all felt so safe with the little ones because the separating fence to the pool is totally kid safe yet the little ones or adults on the patio can still see through to everyone in the pool! Close to shopping, food, and a short drive to beach. The Blackstone grill was a great addition for outdoor meals. Hope to rent again on a future trip!

Great space for family

My family and I had a great time at this house, everything was clean and stocked with everything you need. The outdoor space with the pool, grill, fire pit and hot tub is what takes the cake!! We will be back.

My family and I stayed for a week and enjoyed how spacious the house was for everything we needed to do for our niece’s wedding. We ran into some hiccups with the house - plumbing, etc., but the owner was quick to reply and send help.The pool was absolutely amazing and relaxing, and very clean. The kids spent as much time out in the pool as they could.
