Bello, affascinante, recentemente ristrutturato e decorato di recente, questo cottage sulla spiaggia con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni ha tutto. Situato nella posizione perfetta e tranquilla North Pacific Beach. Circa 3 isolati dalla spiaggia (0,5 miglia) e dal parco surf di tormalina. A pochi passi da meravigliosi bar e ristoranti fantastici. Una posizione straordinaria con arredi nuovissimi, Internet WI-FI, TV diretta con pacchetto NFL, lavatrice e asciugatrice, patio esterno con grill e molto altro. La casa è perfetta!

Fantastic get-away!

We loved this little house on a quiet street in North Pacific Beach. We even met the neighbor who welcomed us and chatted with us about the area for a few minutes. There were 5 of us; four adults and a 7 mo baby so having 3 bedrooms was great. The kitchen was fully equipped, though we mostly ate out, plenty of linens and comfortable beds and furniture. We especially loved taking our coffee outside in the mornings but had trouble deciding which we liked best, the enclosed backyard with a BIG table or the chairs on the front porch. Finally the location was perfect. Close to many beaches and the boardwalk in Pacific Beach, yet away from the crowds and noise. I would definitely rent here again. We had one tiny issue at the front door when we arrived and it was solved in minutes after one quick phone call! Highly recommend!

Family Visit

This house and neighborhood suited our needs perfectly as a family traveling with adult children and a dog. The home was well maintained, the neighborhood pretty quiet and friendly. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, stores and coffee shops. The check in and check out process were also seamless. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Fabulous property.

Super cute and deceivingly spacious cottage walking distance from the beach! Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of clean towels. Bathrooms and linens were very clean. Outdoor patio area made summer dining al fresco a true vacation experience. This host is wonderful! Highly recommend this property!

The house is in a great location. Close to everything. Nice setup. Worked well for us. We had a pizza and cake party. 9 people. Place was not crowded. Plenty of room. Safe and quiet. We would definitely comeback.

Wonderful Christmas vacation

This was the perfect place to get time with our family and host local family and friends for sweet visits. We enjoyed time in the sun on the front porch and evening dinners in the back patio. We will be back.

Enjoyable

We enjoyed the area and location of the house. We found numerous places to walk to nearby to have coffee, meals and drinks. We actually drove to the beach-at least to get closer -with our chairs, umbrellas etc.. The outdoor dining area at the property was perfect for our family dinners. We were happy sitting outside. We were provided with the amenities we needed for our week long stay. Overall, we enjoyed the location and property.

Great location

Home has a great location we basically walked everywhere for our meals and went to the beach almost daily. The only time we had to drive was to go to balboa park and to Belmont park. Both were very easy drives. Overall great trip and good accommodations. Would have given it a 5 star rating but some of the appliances were a little dated/worn out (a lot of use I’m sure), similarly with the showers.

New Years

This house is close to everything!! We enjoyed the walk down to the beach each morning and grabbing coffee on our way back. There’s also a nice tavern we visited within walking distance. The beds were comfy. Couch not so much. We didn’t use outdoor dining due to cooler temps but liked how it was private if needed, a hot tub would be ideal out there. This house worked great for the five of us!

Private corner lot home with great privacy.

Overall a great place. We loved the privacy of this place. The large front window looking onto a large front yard with palm tree coverage, and on a corner lot, gave this home a very private feeling in a typical busy beach community. Home was very clean and comfy. We didn't use the dining room which is outdoors only, but it looked comfy and seats 6. It also has good shade. We could of used additional seating in living room. I worked from the petite designer looking chairs and two-top table and this was totally perfect for one. The petite chairs were not good for watching tv if 2 people are hogging the sectional. The sectional is ready for an upgrade but was cozy and maybe good enough for some. All windows are new and with screens (minor issue with kitchen screen which was duct taped). Beds and bed frames are all new. Bring the following basic essentials though. Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, dish sponge, etc. For the price of the property I expected to have these covered in abundance. It was not relevant for us, but note this property has no HVAC. I expected no AC but it also does not have heating. It will generally not be an issue, but please note what is 'not' listed as an amenity for this property. Overall, I think this place was a nice find.

Enjoyable and Relaxing

From the moment I contacted Shawn with his rapid response to my questions I knew this would be nice. No contact check in was flawless. I use to run hotels so am a little particular. Home was clean and had all the amenities and more that we needed. Evenings on the patio were special for all of us A little far to walk to the beach but can be done. Quiet neighborhood and loved the off street parking Definitely stay! Except when I want to go back, and we will! Thanks Shawn

Great stay!
