Spectacular new designer retreat with fully-equipped gourmet kitchen for your Pacific Beach dream vacation! Relax in the airy California king master bedroom with luxurious soaking tub and walk in shower. Enjoy the gas grill in your private courtyard for easy living. The courtyard is not shared space.
Spacious single level home with open floorplan.
Free parking in the one car garage and long driveway with space for additional cars. No need to search for street parking!
5 blocks from the bay and close to Trader Joe's and many restaurants, 1.3 miles to Pacific Beach Pier.
Central air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer and much more. California king in master, two queen bedrooms and a twin pull-out in family room. High chair, pack n play and lots of games for family fun. Beach towels, toys, chairs and a beach umbrella for beachy outings.
Enjoy coffee out on the patio; there is a keurig, french press and drip cone available.

Beautiful home, Kathy has thought of everything, from beach gear, to make up towels, to well stocked kitchen! Comfortable beds, very clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Loved our stay and for sure would stay again!

Serenity in San Diego

We LOVED this house! Even though it's on a busy street, it's set back with a gorgeous tree and beautiful landscaping so if you didn't know it was there, you wouldn't know it! The long driveway is a huge benefit as parking on the street is a premium at any time of day or season of the year. We had a long mini van, which wouldn't have fit in the garage (seems more for storage, which would be nice for bikes or other toys), but the long driveway next to the house was very private and secure.The size of the home was perfect for our seven family members--especially because of the two living areas with the kitchen in the center. Two of the bedrooms and a main bath are in the front of the house. The very spacious master suite is at the back; it's a nice separation. We had PLENTY of room to relax and visit with privacy when we wanted. So much seating in the kitchen around the enormous bar and long dining table. Felt just like home!The private courtyard is AMAZING with a large glass-top table; it was a magnet for early morning relaxation and evening family dinners, along with the gas grill.Having a half-bath next to the laundry room was another bonus. The house was even better than the photos! Cleanliness and communication were great! I would give TEN stars if I could.

Perfect for a family!

My family traveled to San Diego to visit our son who had moved there in June. The reservation, arrival, check-in and stay was excellent for our family of four/five. Plenty of space with privacy. Great amenities included a well appointed kitchen which was easy to prepare family meals, great neighborhood for walking, and lovely spaces to gather.

Comfortable house in a great location

The house is on a quiet street with easy parking, and at the same time it is an easy walk to Mission Bay and the ocean, as well as restaurants and stores. The property itself is comfortable, clean and the kitchen was well stocked which made for a great stay.

Wow!

Beautiful, well appointed home on quiet street in good neighborhood conveniently located. Lots of amenities, including toys for our granddaughter. Garage and driveway parking is a prime amenity in Pacific Beach!

Family Visit for Wedding

I rented this property for my family members who were coming into town for my wedding. Their group included 5 adults and 2 kits (3&5). The property was immaculate and absolutely perfect for the family. There were tons of games to play and lots of extra things you need for kids (pack n play, highchair, and a pull out twin bed). The bedrooms were great sizes, bathrooms were big, the master is absolutely incredible with a massive walk-in closet. The offstreet parking is very nice with a garage that hand some sand toys and beach chairs. The Bay (Crown Point Park) is a super close walk and we went there every day. The back patio is nice, but we didn't use it very much since we were busy with wedding stuff. The house was great for hosting as the pictures show. I'm definitely booking this house again when my family is all in town again as it was the perfect place.

Close to Sea World and Beach

Beautiful home! Decorated and furnished nicely. Very close to Sea World and the beach. Master bedroom could use a fan for night use. Backyard table and lighting perfect for BBQ dinner.

Great place to stay!

This house is super cute and very clean. It was exactly what we expected from the pictures posted on the website. The sheets smelled downy fresh and the beds were comfy. The location was perfect for our visit to the San Diego Zoo and La Jolla. I would definitely stay here again.

Great House for Family or Friends

The house was very nice and well decorated. Everything was very clean. They had extra beach towels and stuff you could take to the beach. The house also had almost everything you need for cooking. There was a very nice coffee maker and blender. The only thing that would have made the stay great was if there was some general spices/cooking oil at the house. The host was very responsive when we ran out of toilet paper and it was delivered promptly. Overall, beautiful house with plenty of amenities. It was a great place to gather with friends.
