Luxurious One Bedroom Suite with Balboa Park View

First and foremost it will be an honor for us to host one of our units and share our love for San Diego with you. We invite you to celebrate life and get to know our exquisite city. San Diego is a melting pot of cultures. Your stay is in heart of San Diego. Our apartment is a walking distance from Balboa Park, San Diego Downtown, and Little Italy. Five a minute walk to Hillcrest and a mile far from Airport. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.



The Space:

Our unit is located on the first floor, it has access from the Balboa Parkside and also from inside the apartment building. The unit has an astonishing amount of natural sunlight exposing you to the affluence of San Diego views. Not only do you have the views in your unit but you will have access to the deck which is located at the very top of your tower, this will be a shared area with the people in your tower and it can privately book as well. We ask that you politely respect other guests and their property as we want everyone to enjoy the great scenic views that San Diego has to offer

Parking

We do have a parking garage on the property, but it is limited and is on a first come first serve basis, the fee for parking in our parking garage is 30$ per day. There is also parking on the streets surrounding our building. However, it is meter parking. Be aware of the signage. Always make sure to lock your vehicle. Please make sure to email us prior to your arrival if you choose to purchase a parking day pass, so we can email a parking pass and you can place it on the driver's side dash where it is visible. We have an on-site laundromat and it is located next to the vending machines and management office.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to a laundry room and a deck.



The Neighborhood:

We are on the corner of Fir St and Sixth St in San Diego. Right across Sixth St is Balboa Park, one of the top destination attractions San Diego has to offer. You will find amazing Museums surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Walking through Balboa Park you will also find a lot of local vendors and artists. You can do your morning run at the park and enjoy Sunny San Diego. Conveniently located on sixth avenue and a CVS a block away from outside of the building. You will be within walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops.

San Diego Zoo,

San Diego International Airport

Seaport Village,

Little Italy,

Gaslamp Quarter,

and San Diego Convention Center are minutes away by car or a short Uber/Lyft ride.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is ideal anywhere in California but not necessary when staying at this apartment. You will find many things are at a walking distance or short Uber/Lyft ride. Electric Scooters available around the building and you can ride or walk to Downtown San Diego, Little Italy and Balboa Park Museums. The San Diego airport is couple miles to our apartment, that is usually a couple minutes’ drive.



Other Things to Note:

It is a brand new building and the room furnished the same as Hotel's suites in Vegas. The high-quality California King beds and Sofa beds available. Arts on the wall, curtains, TV stations and even accessories are from high-end luxury hotels in Vegas.
