The Space:
Inside, the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen blend seamlessly, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and entertainment. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and a spacious sectional couch, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Sliding doors open to a private balcony where you can enjoy al fresco dining with coastal breezes and palm tree views. A BBQ grill is also available for outdoor cooking. The dining room offers a table with seating for six, while the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep. With barstool seating for four and a breakfast bar for two, there’s ample space for everyone to gather. Each of the three bedrooms is designed with comfort in mind, featuring en suite bathrooms for privacy and convenience. You’ll love the clean, contemporary feel of the bedrooms, making this home a perfect retreat. Additional amenities include pet-friendly accommodations, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.

The Neighborhood:
North Pacific Beach in San Diego is a stretch of coastline extending approximately one mile north from Crystal Pier to Pacific Beach Point. It offers a calmer beach environment suitable for swimming and family activities, while also catering to surfers at its northern end, and providing access to the lively Pacific Beach boardwalk area. It is characterized by the following: Bordered by cliffs up to 75 feet in height, with a boardwalk traversing along the cliff-top for much of the southern end. The cliffside location offers excellent vantage points for watching sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. It connects to the 3.2-mile boardwalk that runs through Pacific Beach, providing a scenic path for walking, jogging, or biking along the oceanfront. With its wide sandy beach, the area around Law Street and Diamond Street is a popular spot for general beach going and relaxation during peak summer days, frequented by both tourists and locals. The waves are generally calmer compared to Tourmaline Surfing Park, making it more suitable for swimming and family-friendly beach activities. The beginner-friendly waves also make North Pacific Beach a popular spot for surf lessons, with schools like the San Diego Surf School offering classes here. At the northern end is Tourmaline Surfing Park, a popular spot for surfers, kitesurfers, and windsurfers year-round. It has a public parking lot, showers, and restrooms. Plus, visitors can explore tide pools at low tide. Crystal Pier is a historic pier that extends into the ocean and offers stunning views of the coastline. Visitors can walk out onto the pier and enjoy the views, or rent a room in one of the cottages located on the pier. Pacific Beach is known for its lively nightlife and many restaurants and bars. Visitors can enjoy a variety of cuisines, from seafood to Mexican to Italian, and can find many bars and clubs that offer live music and entertainment.

Getting Around:
Just a short walk or bike to the ocean, the bay, around the neighborhood, and main hotspots of Pacific Beach!

• Pets ok with approval and $150 fee per pet.
• Parking: 1 available space in the garage (small - midsize SUVs)
• 3 night minimum stay.
• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.
• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

Would not recommend! Hard Pass

In town for spine surgery. Had very specific criteria. One very important decision was access to a garage. Emailed the host prior to booking and specifically asked about the garage. They verified - YES! The garage was available and told me what size car would fit in it. After this confirmation and some other questions - I booked.The day I was to check in they sent a message saying the garage was no longer available! This is completely unacceptable! I reached out immediately. They stated the owner had moved furniture into the garage and it was not available. Suggested I use street parking , which is easily accessible. It is NOT! First day home from surgery, the owners rep showed up , asking us to move the car in front of the garage they stated was OUR spot for the stay. We moved the car so they could remove furniture from the garage.The next day in the morning, my girlfriend was walking the dog and just happened to see them parking in that spot. Argumentative rep was sent packing! After many communications they initially offered a reduced comp for one night. Not acceptable. I then requested a refund of the pet fee as well as a more realistic refund amount. The entire stay they kept saying they were working on a larger refund and working with the owner. At the very end of the stay the processed a small, insignificant refund. Refused everything else. Terrible experience and lied to about amenities. Terrible owner
