Contemporary San Diego 4BD Getaway!

This 4 BR/3.5 BA townhome has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation! Whether you are traveling with a family, as a couple, or just by yourself, you are certain to feel at home. Two car garage allows for convenient parking, or storing beach equipment/bikes! We are half a block to the ocean where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and bright sunshine, and 1/2 block to all of the best restaurants and bars Pacific Beach has to offer. There is something within walking distance for every age!

This home is in a 17 unit complex and was recently professionally refurnished. The 1st floor includes the garage, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and full bathroom. The 2nd floor contains the living room, kitchen, 2 balconies, and half bathroom. The 3rd floor is the luxury master bedroom with private bathroom, as well as 2 rooms each with their 1 queen bed. High-Speed Fiber Optic wireless internet is great throughout the entire home for browsing, streaming, or working from home.

Property met our needs but could have been a little more updated. Downstairs bedrooms needs a fan and a dresser. No where to unpack the suitcase. Smart Tv in the family room was nice, but you meed to bring your own streaming service. No basic cable or live channels were available. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The location was perfect for the beach and all kinds of different places to eat or drink. Toys and chairs for the beach were provided. Overall, the place was what we needed considering we booked kind of late and not very many places were available. The garage was great for our two vehicles (mini van and sentra).

Weekend Family Trip

Great location, nice kitchen, lots of space. Took us less than five minutes to reach Pacific Beach. Lots of places to shop and restaurants in this area. Hosts we're really nice and had great communication. Easy check in and check out...My family enjoyed staying here for our trip.

Weekend Wedding Celebration

Thank you so much to Urban Sands who helped make our stay perfect! The views were great, everything was clean and decorated so beautifully, it was close to the beach, and every room was comfortable and gave a feeling of home! We celebrated my daughters upcoming wedding with family and friends and had the most memorable weekend ever! Thank you again for everything! We definitely recommend staying here!

Fabulous place to stay!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location could not have been better. We walked to the beach, the shops, and fabulous restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the house was well furnished. We were not expecting the garage to have beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, and sand toys. This was such a bonus since we flew in and were unable to pack for the beach. The only thing that I was not aware of was the stairs. There is one bedroom and a bathroom on the ground level, a living room, dining, kitchen, and 1/2 bath on the second level, and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a master suite on the 3rd level. It worked great for us but may not work for those for whom stairs are a problem. We also loved the outdoor hose with shower head, it was great to spray the sand off before entering the house. We will definitely be back. WELL worth the money!

Great home to stay just a minute from the beach

Happy with everything except the following… There were no hangers or dressers for your clothes. That seemed odd. The downstairs bedroom has see-through blinds. My in-laws felt uncomfortable knowing they didn’t have privacy. The downstairs bathroom also had no place for toiletries and I was told the water temperatures in the shower fluctuated unpredictably. Other than those, we loved our time here in this home! Thank you.

Wonderful townhouse near the ocean.

My wife and I stayed in the top floor master. The bed is really soft and comfortable. The rest of the home is very updated and nicely decorated.

Pacific Beach Destination

Location is prime. A minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The Property is clean with the exception of quite a fee flies in the house (maybe due to trash left by previous vacationers.) could use a clean sweep in the garage.
