Updated 2 BD! Walk to Beach, Restaurants, & Bars!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This 2 bedroom has everything you need for a wonderful San Diego vacation. Located just two blocks from the beach and a few blocks to all the awesome restaurants and shops Ocean Beach has to offer!

This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, speedy wifi, flatscreen smart TV, patio, shared washer/dryer and parking for one compact car. Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed and the living room has a large, cozy couch great for plopping after a long day in the sun!

This is a ground floor unit, in a 4-unit complex.

Please note: This unit does NOT have A/C. There are ceiling fans in the unit.

For larger groups, we have one other unit at this property that can also be rented. Please inquire for more information!

Parking: There is a small parking space for one compact car. If the car does not fit, there is free street parking in the neighborhood.

Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am as to not disturb neighboring units on the property.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

questa casa vacanze vanta una posizione strategica a San Diego, in Ocean Beach, un'area con parchi a tema nelle vicinanze e vicino alla spiaggia. Port of San Diego e Banchina navi B Street Cruise sono due tappe fondamentali per chi ama le attività. Altre due tappe assolutamente da non perdere sono Zoo di San Diego e Parco Acquatico Waterfront Park. Short walk to the beach

This place was a great location for us! Maybe 2 blocks to the beach- 6 blocks from my daughter and lots of restaurants/ coffee shops etc within a few blocks distance- we walked to several! The parking spot in the rear was a blessing which we didn’t realize until we were there! The kitchen has basically all you need to cook a few meals- very comfortable and cozy- outdoor area is nice too. I would go back there on my next trip!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The pictures do not due this unit justice, it's gorgeous inside. The outdoor seating area is great too. Location could not be better, very short walk to the beach and my 85-year-old aunt had no problem walking back from the farmers market on Newport Ave. Not that I moved the car that much, but having a dedicated parking spot in OB is great. Heard the folks upstairs one night, but overall, not an issue. I've stayed at OB several times at several places and I'm definitely coming back here.

Beach House Stay

This location is part of four units in the property. The location is great with it being a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It is a short drive to the airport, zoo and Sea World (and you can see their fireworks at night). The property is clean and you can tell the ownership takes care of it well. We had a few communications with them and they were always super responsive. Having the beach toys was nice as well so we didn’t have to pack or purchase them. Just a few notes for anyone - Ocean Beach is in the direct flight path of all departures from the airport. You will hear airplane noise early and late. This would happen at any location in Ocean Beach. As another reviewer mentioned, there is no AC, but we just opened the windows and turned on fans and were fine. The unit is on the ground floor with another above it. You can hear the people above you walk and move around. If you want to avoid that, I would suggest selecting the upper units instead. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other families looking for something close to the beach.

Didn’t sleep a wink

You can literally hear the guests upstairs every move. They had an infant so they were up at 5am. Guess what? So were we. It was absolutely miserable. I wasn’t trying to to take a vacation with someone else’s baby. Sounds like elephants walking around non stop. Apparently AC is an amenity here. I’ve never had to look to see if AC was included. This does not have any. Living room is ok but the bedrooms are hot and stuffy. I had to “sleep” my 3 hours on the couch. And the couch seems dirty so that wasn’t great either.

Excellent Thanksgiving Vacation!

We were so fortunate to find this property! We went to San Diego to visit family and stumbled on this condo on VRBO and it made all the difference. Safe, clean, sportless, comfortable beds and linens, FULLY equipped kitchen so we could cook healthy meals if/when wanted. LOTS of natural light, a private sitting area, super close to both major highways, a stone's throw to the beach and multiple restaurants in Ocean Beach. Sea World was literally down the road. Only issue was the parking is tight and we had an SUV, so we parked on the street, but that was our own car. Had we had a smaller one, we could have parked a compact. Lastly, we did find small ants in the kitchen but that is too be expected. Anyone who lives by the beach and lives so close to others in a city should expect and know that. Just pack your food tightly (as you should) and ignore them!

Great location near the beach and nice property.

The property is very nice and fully met our expectations. A couple minor improvements would be to provide a bath mat for stepping out of shower and replace the king size bed frame that sticks out past the queen size mattress (safety issue for someone vision impaired).

Great Ocean Beach find!

Terrific location, nice place- very clean and quick walk to the beach or restaurants/shops. Host was very responsive and great to work with / answer questions - also responded quickly w a minor issue.
