Welcome to this stunning 4 bedroom home in the heart of San Diego. Friends and family are sure to have a wonderful vacation with a fully equipped kitchen, a large comfy couch with a huge TV, speedy wifi, AC, a gigantic backyard, tons of natural light, and ultra cozy beds for a great nights rest. Your group will be able to enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and the city off of the large deck and master bedroom. Don't miss out on this incredible home in San Diego!

This home is just a couple blocks from some of the best restaurants and bars Little Italy has to offer. It is also only a couple miles from Petco Park where the Padres play, half a mile from Balboa Park, a 10 minute drive to beautiful Mission Beach, and a 15 minute drive to Coronado Island. You will have endless things to do around this area as Hillcrest, North Park, South Park, and Downtown are also all within a 5 mile radius of this home!

Beautiful home! Lovely lay-out. Comfortable rooms. Excellent location. Only reason I didn't give a 5-star is that if you cook, the kitchen is very sparse in tools/pans/bowls for cooking. If you don't cook, you won't notice.

Perfect!

For a rental experience, this was a close to perfect as it gets. The house was PERFECT for our needs, in a great neighborhood very close to little Italy and a short drive to downtown and Balboa Park. The house was beautiful and well appointed. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. Beyond a few very minor details that didn’t impact the quality of our stay, everything was wonderful. The place was very clean…except for the floors. I gave that feedback to the owner. Everything else was spotless, and I am very particular. I’d say it’s important to understand that this property looks over the highway and airport so the noise pollution is high, however, they have FOUR panes of glass on all their windows, so with the windows closed, it’s remarkably quiet. But if you are an open window sleeper, expect to hear the planes. We didn’t mind this one bit, and in fact enjoyed opening the slider and windows and going on the deck, which has a beautiful view of the sunset, the skyline of downtown, the northern tip of the coronado military base, the freeway and the planes coming in. Two bonuses were the body sprays in the shower downstairs and the hot tub. Perfect for a balmy San Diego night. All in all, we had a WONDERFUL time. The kitchen had all we needed to cook family meals and my 87 year old grandmother was delighted at our entire stay. If Nana liked it, you will too ;) Great rental! We’d definitely stay again.

Great location near Little Italy

We arrived on July 4th and it was great to be able to watch the fireworks right from the deck. And a big benefit that it was walking distance to Little Italy.

After paying close to $4k the property was charging $40 to ship a bell I left at the premises. I asked the property manager to ship it and have not heard back.

Great house in great location

We enjoyed our stay in this house very much, the house eis very spacious and it is in fantastic location, super close to all San Diego attractions which we found extremely helpful. The house was sparkling clean, nice smell and everything seems brand new.

Top Notch

We had a great stay at this property. The location of this place is near EVERYTHING, made getting around to various places very easy and convenient. The house itself was spacious and clean. We had a family of 9 and we didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. The host was very responsive and communicated with us the entire time. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.
