You will be able to walk to great brewpubs and restaurants in just minutes. Stroll down Voltaire street and engage all your senses for all kinds of delights and sights. Our studio is located in one of the most desirable areas in Ocean beach. No matter what direction you head, you will find yourself immersed in the pulse and grove of OB. Located only 3 blocks from one of the most popular beaches in San Diego and the famous OB Pier. Short-Term Residential Occupancy License: STR-06950L

Stroll down to the beach, or mosey along popular Newport Ave. OB offers new brewpubs, fun restaurants, antique shops, surf shops, surfing, taquerias, and great sunsets.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or road trip destination!

There is no A/C but being so close to the beach, you get a great sea breeze, but just in case, there is a portable fan (stored in the closet).

Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays and contact-free check-in. Check out our other units if this one is unavailable!

This property was the perfect rental for my visit to Ocean Beach. Great location, very walkable, eclectic neighborhood. Everything you need in walking distance. Quiet, clean, exactly as described. 11/10 will stay again.

Francesca was so helpful and replied to any question immediately. #1AMORE was so cozy, so cute, and in a great location in Ocean Beach, allowing for easy walking everywhere. Admittedly, we didn't spend that much time there as we live in Wyoming, where we are headed into winter. It was so nice to be outside. But so nice to come back and relax. We will stay again in the future if we are in the area!

First off they are lying about the property it is not even close to 3 blocks to the beach is much much further much further. There is not much in the immediate neighborhood unless you need your car worked on or vegan fast food. We picked this based on the "3 blocks"it's a blatant lie. We had to go rent a car because of that. The room is small but we knew that, there is no seating that is useful, so you sit in the bed to do most things. Speaking of being in the bed, you get a great view of the most disgusting sky light thing directly over your bed, you would think they could clean that but you would be wrong it hasn't been cleaned in possibly years. So there's no walkable places to eat, not walkable to the beach, no where to sit, in bed your worried about bugs falling on you and there is no air conditioning, it was late October and the place was sweltering hot, they do give you a fan lol a tower fan that will blow hot air on you while you're soaked in sweat. Overall it has a cooling effect lol. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because they did give us beach chairs to use and that was nice, we put them in the trunk of the car that we rented because they lied about the distance to the beach. Find a better place you will not like this one, they should be giving me some of my money back for having to stay in this hole

Cottage was clean. Bed was extremely firm ( be aware if you prefer a softer mattress) Decor is different than in photos but still nice. I was unable to completely turn off the heater so it got a bit stuffy. I also wish I had been warned to look more carefully at the parking restrictions so I could have avoided getting a parking ticket. Good location.

Amazing place! The location is perfect. Less than 10min walk to the beach with shops and restaurants along the way! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot and better hosts. We will be renting this spot every time we go to SD!

Enjoyed the property and the neighborhood. The room was nice and simple and the Ocean Beach neighborhood had a great vibe. We were able to walk to most destinations including the beach.

Location was very good. Could have used a calendar to strain pasta. Would liked to have a better bed. I find that there could be a better bed. Appreciated the use of beach chairs. I did not appreciate the fact that we had to wash the dishes and empty the trash as I was charged 65 for housekeeping and feel that should be the job of the housekeeper. That is if I had to leave in a hurry and was not able to do the dishes.

Great place to stay while away.

Such a cute little bungalow. It is small, but you dont need much space anyways. As noted in the listing, there is no ac, however we didnt need it. Theres plenty of shade around keeping it cool. I would stay here again.

Overall a good stay. The property is exactly as pictured. Pros very close to the beach, clean, fairly easy to park. Cons airplane noise is very loud, the bed was a full size and tight for two people (it was me and my 18 year old daughter and it felt too small). I would say if you’re just looking for a small spot to sleep and be close to the beach, it does the job!
