  • Sun & Sea si trova nell'estremità settentrionale di Pacific Beach, circondato dal famoso Tourmalmal Surf Park con miglia e miglia di bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa. Situato a pochi passi dall'oceano ea meno di mezzo miglio dalla famosa Pacific Beach Boardwalk. Miglia di percorsi asfaltati per andare in bici, pattinare, camminare o semplicemente guardare la gente. Il tormalina Surf Park offre una delle migliori spiagge per surfisti ed è molto delicata anche per i piccoli kiddos. Prendi una tavola da surf dagli attrezzi da spiaggia e scendi per prendere alcune onde. Guarda l'oceano, controlla il surf, guarda incredibili tramonti e fuochi d'artificio Sea World dal nostro enorme ponte sul tetto, che include un grande tavolo da pranzo all'aperto. Porta i tuoi pasti lassù e goditi l'aria dolce salata mentre ammiri le splendide viste sull'oceano.

    Questa moderna casa al mare privata con 3 + camere da letto e 3 bagni (circa 2.300 piedi quadrati) è stata appena costruita nel 2010. È un salto, un salto e un salto negli eleganti ristoranti, bar, club e locali di musica che popolano questa famosa città sulla spiaggia, ma nascosto in un quartiere tranquillo.

    La casa dispone di una grande sala per intrattenere, un camino, splendidi bagni con una grande vasca idromassaggio, ripiani in granito, una cucina completamente attrezzata e una sala da pranzo separata.     Questa casa è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli articoli per la casa e biancheria da letto. È elegantemente decorato con motivo "beach cottage" con un comodo divano di grandi dimensioni.

    C'è un nuovo materasso matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale nella camera degli ospiti. La terza camera da letto include un letto a castello full size con un letto estraibile estraibile. C'è anche una culla per chi ha un bambino. C'è una stanza / soppalco bonus che include un divano letto con rotelle. Il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale includono anche televisori a schermo piatto di grandi dimensioni. Al piano superiore si trova una grande lavatrice e asciugatrice impilabili.

    Il cortile privato è dotato di un tavolo per 8 persone disponibile per feste, un barbecue privato a propano con barbecue e tanti giochi per i bambini. Scopri la privacy sorseggiando un bicchiere di vino dopo una lunga giornata di attività.

    La casa si trova a un paio di isolati dalla spiaggia di Tourmaline, un negozio di alimentari e numerosi ristoranti e bar. Sun & Sea è in una posizione eccellente per coloro che vogliono prendersela comoda e rilassarsi e camminare ovunque.

    Il quartiere è percorribile in tutte le direzioni, a soli 5-10 minuti a piedi dalle meravigliose spiagge, La Jolla, ristoranti, bar e negozi. Wonderful home and yard, especially for kids!Great location in neighborhood with a bit of a walk to the beach. Plentiful supply of household and kitchen items, as well as towels and linens. Also, beach toys and wagon.Stove could have been cleaner and photo online showed another bed in one of the bunk bed rooms that was not there are our only complaints.We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Fantastic

We had a wonderful stay at Pacific Breeze. Beautiful house in a perfect location. Minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The house itself is fantastic. There was even a playroom filled with princess dresses for my princess abscessed daughter, and music instruments for my music obsessed son. Can't say enough good things about our stay. On top of everything Jacquie was absolute dream host, very helpful and resposive. A+++

Fabulous Place For Families With Kids

Just a perfect place for young kids to explore and enjoy. Spent Christmas 2019 at Jacqui & Matt's with 4 adults, an infant and a 2 year old. Second floor play area was the ideal place for a tree and Santa's arrival; lower living room with fireplace was welcomed when the weather turned chilly. The location is superb with the grocery store, the French bakery and the fish market all within 200 yards. Could not have been better!

Perfect place if you have kids!

We had an amazing time at this property visiting with far away family! It was a wonderful place to meet with walking access to the beach, and amazing neighborhood with coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. The property itself was ideal if you are traveling with kids! With an abundance of toys, a designated play room and the trampoline outside the kids were entertained all day… making the trip much more enjoyable for the adults too! Highly recommend this property if you are traveling with kids. Jacqui was so communicative and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in San Diego!

Great for families, short walk to the beach!

This place is a gem. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants. We loved the layout of the house and the toys provided for kids including a play kitchen, doll house, and whole separate play room. The fenced in turf grass was the perfect play area. There was a wagon provided to make an easy stroll down to the beach with our toddler and towels, etc. The rooms were good sized and mattresses were comfortable! Blackout curtains in every room was a plus. We LOVED the rooftop to watch the sunset. Jacqui was available for whatever we needed. Would definitely come back again!

Great for families and close to the beach!

We had such a wonderful stay at Jacqui's beautiful beach home! She was super friendly, accommodating, and responsive to any questions that we had prior to our arrival. There was more than enough room for our family of four plus our friends and their son. They had tons of toys, games, and activities to keep our boys busy while we enjoyed a glass of wine in the enclosed backyard. Then it was a quick walk to Tourmaline beach with communal beach chairs and boogie boards to use in tow. There were also plenty of great coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping walking distance from the home. We were fortunate enough to utilize one of Jacqui's babysitter recommendations to have a night out. We especially loved riding the Bird and Lime electric scooters down the boardwalk and by the bay. Thank you again for such a memorable stay. We look forward to returning for another visit soon!

Fun in the sun

We had a nice time. Plenty of room in the house. We had 4 adults and 3 children. Everyone had a place to sleep. The 2 year old even got a crib! That was nice. The kids loved all the toys and it was nice to enjoy the evenings outside while the kids played in the yard. Very close to the beach. We stayed over the 4th of July and saw many fireworks from the roof top deck. I have nothing to complain about, everyone had a nice time.

A great vacation home for a family with young kids!

We stayed in the house for two nights with our 1.5 year olds and we had the best time. The check in process was so easy and Jacqui had great recommendations for us. The house was perfect and was close to great restaurants and the beach! I would definitely recommend this house for anyone with young kids.

The property alone was incredible and the owners were quick to respond. We had a couple kinks here and there but nothing too big. Would definitely rent again!

Excellent Location and Great for Kids!

Very clean and spacious with enough beds for the whole family, and lots of toys for the kids. Super convenient location, close to great taco and coffee spots. Very responsive and down to earth host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great beach home with plenty of space

We came here on a girls trip and had such a relaxing time. The host was super helpful in giving us a bunch of recommendations and leaving us with everything we needed. Mostly we went to beach everyday and cooked great meals at night. They have a cute backyard with a grill too. We had a blast hanging on the roof deck. What a view!!! I’d love to come back and stay here again. I’d definitely recommend this house.

A perfect beach home

My family and I had a blast in this home. The house had everything we needed and was clean and super spacious. Plenty of room for of all of us. It rained one day so we stayed home playing all of the games up in their playroom. I’d highly recommend this house for a family or large party.

Beautiful home near by the beach

I highly recommend this house, especially if you have kids. It’s perfect to rent for a large family or gathering like ours. It was clean and looks as if it were recently updated. Plenty of space for everyone with a fully stocked kitchen. Our kids had a blast with all of their toys. We enjoyed grilling in the yard while the kids played. Jacqui left us everything we needed for the beach, surf boards, bikes, chairs ect. The location is perfect, super close to stores and beach. And the roof deck was a blast with great views. I’ll definitely stay here again when we return to San Diego.

This is a great place for kids. The house is well stocked with play items and things to climb on outside in the yard. Love the distance to the beach. We all thought the house could be better stocked, i.e., towels, washcloths and kitchen tools. Also, the house is looking a little run down and needs a good clean and paint. Overall we had a great time but probably would not rent here again

overall disappointed with property and price point

Unfortunately the pictures were a little deceiving, not that they purposely tried to deceive its just the walls were dirty in need of painting, jams were all chewed up, bar stools totally dirty and stained...probably older photos...I didn't realize it was a occupied home...It was awkward to me to be in someones house that just moved out for the weekend...Because it is an occupied home it was a bit cluttered with toys even in the dining room...The outdoor furniture was really quite lacking and need of replacement...it just wasn't up to rental quality...there were no instructions to operate bathroom jacuzzi... on the 2 occasions it got used, both people could not figure out how to operate...the master bedrooms electricity went off the last night of our stay... it was nice to have the bikes for use, however tires were flat on the bikes and had to go to neighbors home to borrow a bike tire pump... at night we tried to play games with some of the board games that were there but unfortunately a lot of game pieces were missing...I understand that we were playing with other children toys who were gone for the weekend but for the price there should be games just for the renters... on a positive note the back yard was very nice for my 2 young nieces who are 8 and 6 years...the owner was very easy to work with and always responded to emails quite quickly...

Lovely home in a perfect location

This is a wonderful place to stay with a large group! There are plenty of beds, a wonderful family room big enough for everyone to hang out and watch tv/play games, and a rooftop deck with a stunning view of San Diego! Close enough to walk to the beach.

Amazing and fun home

The house very comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for everyone. Lots of toys for the kids to play with. My only regret was not spending more time at the house instead of venturing out to explore San Diego.

Loved this place!!!

We stayed here with our daughter and our three young grand kids. There were toys in every room and a great play area outside. Jaqui, our host was super in offering recommendations. We could not have picked a better place to stay with the kids - super comfortable, super fun. We watched the fireworks shows from the rooftop and walked to the beach. The house is in a great location with a nice coffee/breakfast spot just down the block as well as other restaurants and shops and the boardwalk close by. This is a family friendly home that I would highly recommend!

Great home, beautiful view, close walk to beach

Jacqui's home was great for my group of 8. She was very responsive, left good directions and recommendations, and overall gave us a wonderful stay in her comfortable home. Her place is easy walking distance to the beach, food and more. I'd recommend staying here for groups or families.
