Peaceful Beach House

Questa semplice, pulita casa con 2 camere da letto ha tutto il necessario per godersi una vacanza sulla spiaggia. Solo per farti sapere in anticipo, il nostro vicino si sta rimodellando e durante il giorno c'è un rumore di costruzione sporadico. Ma la sera e la domenica è bello e tranquillo in questo fantastico quartiere. E 'solo 10 minuti a piedi direttamente giù la nostra strada verso l'oceano. Se davvero si vuole sentire come si vive nel quartiere migliore di San Diego, questo è il posto giusto. Si tratta di una vera casa (non un condominio o appartamento). Recintato cortile privato. Posto auto nel vialetto. Arance fresche fuori l'albero nel cortile sul retro. E la nostra firma dà il benvenuto a fixings, patatine e salsa margarita che ti aspettano all'arrivo.

Alisa was an excellent host! She provided everything we needed like extra washcloths, coffee grinder, beach necessities, even going so far to buy a pan I needed for my birthday cake! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing. The walking location to the beach and nice neighborhood are perfect! Loved the backyard for our old dog, morning breakfast, and hummingbird watching. Private parking was a huge bonus! House could use a deep cleaning, but it was good enough to suit our needs. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Alisa!

Awesome location in PB! Quiet area not terribly overcrowded.Coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores all within a 5 minute drive or less from the house. Some well within walking distance. Was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Alisa was an awesome host! She quickly responded to the messages I sent her just prior to and during our stay. I certainly recommend staying here

Absolutely Loved Peaceful Beach House

Peaceful Beach house was lovely. Everything you need for a stay away from home. Just a couple blocks from the beach that is not crowded at all! Everything was provided for us and the owner was easily available if I had questions. Cutest backyard and amazing flowers and greenery surrounding you front and back. The private parking was so important to me! I would’ve given 5 stars but one of the beds was very uncomfortable much too soft for my old back lol. But other then that I was very happy.

Girls getting out of the desert on Doggy Vacation

Pet friendly and had everything we needed. Wonderful hosts and gave us directions to Pacific Beach for our pet walk. Boardwalk was great and Cass street has great coffee cafe.

Communication was easy. Check in/out was a breeze. Welcome margs, chips, and salsa!!Location in North PB was great for walking to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. And an easy drive to most of what San diego has to offer.

Little Gem Close to the Beach

Older house in nice quiet neighbourhood. A short walk to the beach. The home was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. It was really nice that the unit had some basic oils and spices. The host communicates readily and wants to do anything possible to ensure you have everything you need and have an enjoyable visit. I would definitely stay here again.

This was such a great home to stay in. Two blocks from the beach with a small backyard and huge kitchen! Just be aware that the house is chilly in the winter but otherwise a perfect spot and the host was very communicative and kind!

Great location for walking to Beach. House well stocked from basic cooking items to cleaning supplies and paper products. Very grateful for window AC and multiple fans during unprecedented heatwave! Comfortable, enclosed backyard. Despite close proximity to neighbors it was very quiet and peaceful. Private drive was essential as there was never an open space in the street.

Loved the Location! Cute house! All basic necessities covered!

We had two couples stay at the property and it was perfect for what we needed. The cons: The shower head is very low - if you’re taller than 5’8, you’ll have to squat to wash your hair. Additionally, one bedroom door has to be lifted to align with the latch / fully close. Also, the property does not have AC and it was hard for one in our group to sleep without cooler air (fan wasn’t quite doing it). The pros: The pros definitely outweighs the cons!!!! The property has a grill, outdoor seating, bikes, camping chairs, and the location was absolutely perfect. It’s walking distance to really good restaurants and the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Additionally, the owner is very communicative and responsive. She even dropped by full salt and pepper shakers! The house is well equipped with oils, seasonings, and almost everything you need to cook / eat at home. There’s also an orange tree in the backyard — which was perfect for a little snack after an active day. I would recommend staying here and hope to again.

Convenient location in a beautiful peaceful & quiet neighborhood. The beach is just down the street & there are nice restaurants & cafes within walking distance. We stayed the week with our black Labrador Retriever & having a yard for him was so nice. This home is beautiful clean & a very comfortable & safe location.

Very Peaceful Beach House, every convivence both in the Kitchen & Elsewhere worked well

The property is stellar. Appreciated all the kitchen appliances and plenty of silverware, just a perfect set up to prepare meals. Even had an orange tree out back in the beautiful private yard to make very fresh orange juice. Beds very comfortable. Livingroom great with large screen easy to use TV and super comfortable chairs and couch. Of course, a washer and dryer easy to use in top condition. The onsite covered premise parking was very convenient. Did I enjoy my stay in every way? You bet I did and would love to stay again. I stayed two weeks I wish it was much longer. The owners were always helpful though everything was there and needed very little help. Yes, the Peaceful Beach House is just that!

It was the perfect house for the perfect occasion. I specially like the fact that they have bikes and beach accessories. It’s a very nice little him near the beach and you don’t have to struggle to find parking. Hoping to stay here again on our next trip to San Diego.

Stay in Pacific Beach, San Diego, Ca

The front yard was a bit of a jungle. There were trees, bushes, flowers and weeds completely covering the yard and blocking any view from the windows. This would be fine if you want complete privacy. The house was fine except the furnace, which ran a lot because of the cold winter this year. When it would start up and start to warm up, it would bang loudly as the metal expanded. It took a couple of weeks for my dog and I to get used to that noise. The shower didn’t work properly. Everything else was fine. It had everything I needed to stay for the 14 weeks I was there. It was a cold, rainy, cloudy winter due to El Niño. But that wasn’t the fault of the property.

Very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. The host and hostess were there to give us any help we needed. Early morning you can hear the ocean. It is easy to get around SD from the location. We had no complaints, and will try to return next year. Thanks again Alisa and Darren.

California dreaming!

This house and it’s gardens were a dream for us! Quiet, safe and in a nice neighborhood. It’s a very clean home, with an enclosed, grassy back yard and covered parking too! It was close to dog friendly beaches and restaurants. Everything updated, great water pressure in the shower, and super comfortable beds, pillows and furniture. We loved the hosts too! Very kind and helpful people with a great chips and salsa welcome, with margaritas as well! Thank you, Alisa and Darren! Great job 🌺🐶

Great spot in PB! Beach is walkable, as are several very good restaurants. House is perfect for family of 4 (young kiddos who don’t mind sharing a room) + pup. Well stocked with beach gear, though be sure to ask the owners for extra fans, they’re needed due to the humidity.

Comfy Cottage

Cottage had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking including spices, cleaning supplies, and initial supply of paper products, etc. Great neighborhood for walking to dining, beach and shopping. Good communication with attentive host. We would definitely stay there again.
