Questa casa privata ha pavimenti in legno, elettrodomestici inossidabili, TV a schermo piatto in camera familiare e tutte le camere da letto, biancheria e arredamento nuovi. Il lussureggiante cortile paesaggistico, con barbecue incorporato e pozzo del fuoco, rendono questo rifugio la casa sulla spiaggia perfetta! Goditi il wet bar mentre ti rilassi al sistema audio surround o guardando il tramonto! A pochi passi dalle rive sabbiose della spiaggia di Mission, dove è possibile prendere il sole e godersi le boogie board, la tavola da surf, i giocattoli da spiaggia, le sedie a sdraio e l'ombrellone disponibili per l'uso! Sono disponibili quattro biciclette per esplorare Belmont Park o cavalcare il Boardwalk. Ti divertirai un mondo!

The villa was ideally located. Just off the main boardwalk so we didn't have constant foot traffic in front (though that wouldn't have been a problem), close enough to coffee and ice cream and breakfast places, easy to access by car but off major streets. Quiet, comfortable, roomy, light, private. Parking was easy enough and quite secure (garage and additional space). Really a perfect spot for a family escape. Thanks!!!

This place really is a gem. It's a perfect little bungalow steps from the beach (and very close to the bay side, too). The house is set up perfectly for a group, with nice bedrooms/bathrooms and large, functional shared space. They've got everything you could want for the beach itself - towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, etc. The front patio has lots of comfortable seating. It's also unique in the area by being all on one floor, which was great for accessibility for our older family member (there are a couple of steps to enter, so need to be able to do that, but once inside all is on one floor). We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Will definitely return!!

Property was beautiful and had every single thing you could think of! Distance to the beach was perfect. We never parked in the garage because we had a large vehicle but there was a spot beside the house that worked. Decor was cute and the house was very clean. We plan to stay here again! The host responded promptly when we had any questions. Definitely a gem!

This is a property we would definitely return to! It is only a few feet walking distance to the beach (1 minite walk). It was close enough for us to get up in the morning and set up our beach camp, then return and enjoy our morning coffee on the patio. Upon arrival it was clean, neat and in order. Bedrooms were roomy with closets in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. There were also ceiling fans in each. Also provided were extra linens, plenty of beach towels and regular towels. There is conveniently a washer and dryer in the attached garage. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly. The kitchen was clean and provided dishes, pots and pans, a regular coffee machine and Keurig. Ceaning supplies were provided. We needed extra parking and this property provides an attached garage for a medium sized car and extra parking on the side. There was plenty of beach equipment for all ages, including bikes. The patio is beautiful and we spent every night enjoying the fire pit. The property is perfect! We are hoping to return and enjoy this beautiful property again. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay, this is it!

Delivers on everything

This is a great cozy home and a very easy stay. The outdoor fireplace and fire pit were great with some chilly evenings. Great family Beach House.

Our annual family retreat to Mission beach was tons of fun again! We have stayed in this beach villa several years and love it! The villa is clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay! As a result, we really just need to bring our clothes and a few personal belongings which makes life easy!

Great beac house.

This house is well appointed with everything you could need. My family especially enjoyed the firepit outside when the evenings got chilly.

Great Place to Stay

House was very nice and clean. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great location. Walking distance to beach and Belmont Park. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Summer 2024

If you’re looking to stay close to the beach this is a great place to rent. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and have never had any issues. The rental has everything you need, including two parking spots! Overall our stay was awesome as usual and we plan on staying again!

Wonderful!

My parents, husband, twins and I throughly enjoyed our stay! The house is clean, updated, throughly stocked with linens and extra cleaning supplies. Great location - close to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. We loved it!

A little slice of heaven!!!

This is the best place I have stayed in SD. Perfect for a family and steps away from the beach. We spent most of our time outside in the beautiful front yard! Everything about the house is amazing and Liz was a pleasure to work with. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Amazing Place in great location

Spent 9 nights in the house with my children and grandchildren. The place had everything we needed and then some. Enjoyed being close to a all the amazing San Diego fun.

A lovely home for our Christmas stay

This property had what was undoubtedly the best equipped kitchen of any of the many BBRO & Air B&B properties we have rented over many years. It was spacious & nicely furnished with generous seating space in living/dining areas. It was exquisitely clean, check in & out was easy & Liz thoughtfully set up a small Christmas tree that was perfect, given the season! We’d definitely stay again!

Just 1 block from the beach and great location. We were impressed by how well stocked the property was with kitchen, beach amenities and towels. Nice grill and outdoor space. Multiple TVs with Dish Network.

Jersey Jewel

This home is a mission jewel! Not only beautifully decorated, it is also well stocked for enjoying the beach for all ages. We used the kitchen for nearly all of our meals and had every piece of kitchen equipment we could possibly need. Finding a great house plus two parking spots was an added plus Our family vacation included three generations and everyone was pleased with this home and its convenient location. Hoping to experience this lovely home again for summers to come.

2nd Time here

We just love the convenience of location, the Uber cleanliness, and this house as all necessities. From beach toys to shampoo and condition to spices. The house is comfortable for all of our family and in a safe area. We love this cottage and enjoyed every part of our vacation!
