Benvenuti a San Diego!

Questa affascinante casa si trova di fronte alla prestigiosa Università di San Diego. Camera matrimoniale e bagno di dimensioni standard (con letto king size in California), camera / ufficio di medie dimensioni con letto queen size; Finestre ariose; stanza piena di luce; la stanza ha persiane che la scuriscono molto bene.

Gli ospiti possono usufruire di lavatrice e asciugatrice che si trovano nel garage.

Ambiente domestico molto confortevole, tranquillo. Pavimento in legno con confortevole camera familiare.

Ottima posizione a San Diego, a 5 miglia in bici da Mission Beach lungo la pista ciclabile di Mission Bay. 3. 5 miglia dal centro; SeaWorld 2 miglia (questo è il posto perfetto dove stare per una piccola famiglia che visita SD per un viaggio a Sea World); a La Jolla: 10 miglia; Balboa Park: 3. 5 miglia; 35 minuti a Legoland! Disneyland: 90 minuti / mi. fermata del tram e percorso lungo la strada; 1/4 miglio da casa mia.

Strada tranquilla in un quartiere divertente che serve gli studenti di USD. Starbucks è vicino alla fermata del carrello. Il golf è letteralmente dall'altra parte della strada insieme all'YMCA e proprio in fondo alla strada c'è Fashion Valley per lo shopping e la Città Vecchia per visitare la città ... tutto a pochi passi.

We were on a family vacation. We were very comfortable and so glad the bedrooms are air conditioned. The host, Jimmy, was easy to reach. The location was close to every place we wanted to go. The description says the washer and dryer are in the garage, but they are inside the house, which is a plus. Yes, we would stay here again.

Long weekend

Great little house to stay in close to lots of fun things. There are a few different rentals that use the same driveway, but didnt really see anyone else. We stayed with our family of 5 and it had PLENTY of space for us. I would still not have felt crowded with even 8 of uscould have

Host is incredibly kind!

The accommodations were perfect for our party of five, including a room with two beds that 25 year old best friends were able to share while still having their own beds. But even more impressive than the accommodations was the kindness of Jimmy, the host! Our 25 year old daughter had some special medical considerations that Jimmy bent over backwards to help us with so that our daughter was able to join us on this trip! His housekeeper also went above and beyond to help us with the need. Truly special people and I would recommend any home Jimmy manages.

Cozy SoCal Cottage!

My family spent a long weekend in San Diego and enjoyed this house as our respite spot. Comfortable rooms and nice living areas ensured we all got to spend lots of time together. This home offered many amenities that made our stay all the more enjoyable - there is even a piano! This was a great location for us because we found ourselves traveling south to downtown SD and also north to the La Jolla/Del Mar areas and this was a perfect middle spot. The only snafu we encountered was WiFi that could not sustain any connection for our devices or for using the streaming services on the tv. Truly, we enjoyed our stay very much and would likely stay here again in the future!

Lovely vacation

My family and I stayed in the cottage for a week. It was convenient to all the site we wanted to visit. It has a piano which was a great delite for my husband. All of our needs were met. All in all a very good place to stay.

Quick getaway

We loved the location & enjoyed how quickly we could get to see all that we wanted to see. Only issue was Living Room tv was slow to stream & seemed to have WIFI issues, bedroom TV had no issues so we were able to watch Thursday night football in there :) this is my 2nd time renting from host as I had previously stayed in smaller unit. Look forward to booking unit again.

Perfect Place to Stay in San Diego

The house was clean and comfy on a nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of extra blankets, sheets, and towels for our family. The kitchen has all of the basic items for cooking. Wonderful location, conveniently located near everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Most enjoyable VRBO ever!

We rented this house for a surprise 50th birthday for one of my best friends. It was roomy enough and comfortable for 5 adults to spend the weekend. The owner was very friendly and available any time we needed anything, including running an iron over to us when we needed it and replacing the propane tank on the grill when it was empty. Highly recommend! 10 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Family Vacation in San Diego

We wanted to get out of CO for an end of summer family before school started backup. This house was in such a great centralized location. It was very close to old town and beaches were 15-20 mins away. There were good restaurants and shops all nearby. The owner, Jimmy, was very responsive and courteous. We had an overall excellent stay here and would recommend to others.

Family Reunion

The family met in San Diego for a week. Nieces, nephews and grandchildren. The cottage was the perfect place to meet up and watch the grandchildren play in the backyard. We had a great time and Jimmy was a responsive host.

Great location

My softball teammates and I stayed at this residence while competing in a tournament in Santee. The residence was very clean and tidy. The neighborhood was very quiet. The property owner stayed in contact and replied to emails/messages quickly. The only side note is to be aware of when Sea World has their fireworks show. It scared us on the first night there with the first BOOM! With that being said, you can go out onto the front lawn and watch the fireworks!

Good location, but needs a little TLC

If you are needing to use both beds in this cottage, the guest bed is in need of replacement. Our adult son, normal weight, could not sleep on the bed because of old mattress very uncomfortable. A foam pad was put on to try to mitigate this problem, but it is also old and very mushy. The sofa is supposed to be allow for additional sleeping arrangements, but it is also old and kind of blown out. The kitchen was adequate, but could use some upgrades. Not enough coffee cups for 4-6 people and very minimal silverware.
