This 3 BR/2 BA townhome has everything you need! Whether you are traveling with a family, as a couple, or just by yourself, you are certain to feel at home. Large parking space in the rear allows for any size car and generally ample parking on the street for extra cars. We are 3 blocks from Mission Bay/Fanuel Park (a great place to relax), and 6 blocks to the beach! We are also a few blocks from the heart of Pacific Beach which has plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore!

​​​​​​​This townhome is part of a 4 unit complex and was recently professionally refurnished. The 1st floor includes spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area. The 2nd floor contains two bedrooms each with 1 queen bed, 1 full bathroom, and a nest thermostat. The 3rd floor is the luxury master bedroom with private bathroom. The room also boasts its own private outdoor lounge area! High-Speed Fiber Optic wireless internet is great throughout the entire home for browsing, streaming, or working from home.

Cute, clean, comfortable, quiet condo!

Great location, super clean and comfortable, easy walk to the beach and shops. Was great to have a designated parking spot. Just be aware of the circular staircase to reach all the bedrooms and bathrooms. And a few more towels would have been appreciated. But it’s still a 5 star rating. Really nice place to stay near Pacific Beach. Loved the balcony for sunsets and morning coffee.

A great PB stay

A very quiet place about 5 blocks from the beach with bars and reataurants in a nice neighborhood. PB is a very young beach town full of energy and vibe. It’s a bit of a walk if you are staying with older family (my mom is 82). Also, there is a spiral stairs to second and third floor, so if you have someone with physical challenges it can be a challenge going up and down. This is not a negative review - just for awareness. The house had all basic necessities for a comfortable stay. Overall a very nice place.

Great family spring break

Nice house, great location. The downstairs living room was great for the family to hang out when we weren’t out and about (it was a little basement-like though), and the kitchen was serviceable for the times we decided to cook. We had an issue with our sink and they fixed it within only a few hours. Would highly recommend this place to others

Not great for a family

This place would be great for 20 & 30 year olds who are wanting to go to PB. It's in a great location. Easy walk to PB and restaurants & bars. There are 3 decent bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. My issues about the property: there is a skylight above the master bed with NO way to block the light, and there are paper thin coverings on the master window that don't fully cover the window. The master bath is missing a door. Like there's only 1 of 2 sliding doors on the shower. The add said there's a jet tub. It's broken. Doesn't work and based on the funk in the jets I'd assume it hasn't worked in a while. I ran my daughters a bath after a day at the beach and the water turned orange from the funk in the jets. My final issue was that the grass out front had a large amount of dog poop. A lot. I would not stay in this condo again. But I would recommend it to people who don't have kids/a family. Espcially if they figure out better window coverings.

Great space and great location

Clean and spacious! Easy walk to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. Property manager was very responsive to any questions. Some minor complaints: the unit is within a larger building and the walls between units are very thin. We could hear our neighbors quite clearly. Additionally, there was some loud construction right across the street throughout the day, which was disruptive.

50 and Fab!

Celebrated my 50th with my closest girlfriends and had a blast. There was 6 of us and we each had 2 to a room. This was offered everything we needed. So happy to have found this place.

Beach Vibes

We had such a nice time in Pacific Beach. Our getaway was just what we needed and the accommodations perfect great. The pictures and description provided were right on! The decor was tasteful and they had all the comforts of home. The Host was extremely helpful. When our lock failed, they had someone out right away to remedy the situation and replace the lock keypad. We would most definitely stay here again. Amy

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Clean, well appointed. Great location, walking distance to bay and beach. The kitchen had what I needed for breakfast and dinner prep. A plus that the pans are DW safe! The TV downstairs didn't work for us - couldn't get the roku menu to come up. And the skylight over the master bed is NOT ideal. I didn't see that there was any sort of shade over that window - both for afternoon heat and very early morning light in my eyes. Bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in. However, the pros outweigh the cons. A great weekend getaway.

Great Location!

Typical beach house with walkable access to Mission & Pacific Beaches; yet located on a quiet street. Amenities were nice: alley parking, laundry. There was a lot of broken glass in primary bathtub. Owner offered to send the cleaning crew. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay!

Excellent location and accommodations

This property is very well positioned to all activities for San Diego including Petco park for Padres baseball, USS Midway Museum, San Diego zoo etc. We really enjoyed Pacific Beach for our two grandsons (12 years old) to boogie board and for us to catch some rays. And especially liked the convenience to restaurants like Mr Moto's pizza and Taco Surf. Great options. One thing to note is that this property does not have A/C. Coming from Texas it was a bit challenging but with the cooler air and the property owners offering a couple more fans we made it through.

Our family of 6 stayed so comfortably at this adorable home in San Diego.

Our experience here was wonderful. The location is perfect! In walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The host was quickly responsive every time I had a question. We slept well, plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful. The home was equipped with all the basic necessities… coffee, cream, spices and oils, dish detergent, laundry necessities, shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. It was clean, nicely decorated, quiet and peaceful. We will definitely come back!

Perfect Home Away From Home

spent my 30th birthday weekend here and it was such a great time. Check in process was seamless with the keypad entry. The hosts responded quick with any questions I had and the place was so comfortable. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the beach, coffee shop, and anywhere else with ease.

Wonderful vacation stay!

We had a great time here! Close to both the ocean and the bay, near shops and restaurants, and very easy to check in. Loved the decor and the beds are super comfy! My teens loved having not just rooms of their own but a whole floor to themselves. There were some issues with some icky things left by the lady renters that was taken cate of right away. We also noticed that the refrigerator needed a little attention and again, handled quickly and without any disruption to us. Kitchen was well appointed, bathrooms were clean and thoughtfully provisioned. And we loved the rooftop terrace. Thanks again for a memorable stay!

Beautiful home close to beach and all things fun in San Diego

We had a lovely stay at this home. About a 15 Min walk to the beach. Close to SeaWorld, the Zoo, and Torrey Pines. We had a small issue with some trash left by our parking spot and the manager dealt with it the same day! The top floor did get a little warm with the AC only so we used the fan provided and opened the windows w beach air. We would definitely stay here again. Showers had great water pressure. The kitchen had everything you could need. We also used the washer/dryer to freshen up our beach gear when we needed. Thank you for providing such a lovely listing for our family!
